Hello, my name is Cece and I’ll be your freestyle dance teacher by @gemini_fitnesss

Most of my supplements are from @oxyshred
They have helped me stay consistent with my goals for over two years now. The following slides highlight my favorite products! Lemme know if you have questions in the comments 💕

Takes me from 0-100 every time I need that extra push to work out. Taking it consistently helps you keep your momentum. Committing to your goals is hard sometimes. Let oxyshred make it a little easier.

What the slide says. But for real. NO JITTERS, NO HOT, ITCHY SKIN, and NO CRAZY RACING HEART PALPITATIONS. And for those who can’t have even a little stimulation, they make a non-stim version just for you 😃

My results are actually INSANE. My back slimmed down a ton and my waist got SNATCHED.

I was so puffy in the face. This helped me reduce so much inflammation. For real look at my face. I literally acquired a jawline.

Drumroll please…

PEACH CANDY RINGS 🍑

I love these flavors as wellllll

I personally prefer the powder version but for those who are always on the go, this might be the better option for you.

The best protein. I’ve tried so many and I can confidently say this one isn’t chalky and gross like soooo many others. It’s creamy, flavorful and packed with protein. I also don’t feel as bloated as I have with other protein powders.

My favorite flavor is vanilla chai but chocolate is a close second. I’ll share some recipes soon.

Every girl needs her glow and I get a little extra dash of radiance with oxyglow. Marine collagen built to help me retain that elasticity and vibrance. Makes my caramel complexion glow even more.

Clean creatine to help you repair those muscles after your heavy lifts. Stay consistent and hydrated with creatine.

Don’t break the bank on supps —>

Their bundles are great value and often come with a free gift. You might just get a surprise you really needed to up your game.

Ask your trainer/nutritionist about what supps could help you reach your goals! Feel free to dm me with questions! by @gemini_fitnesss

3 classes…6 1/2 rounds… 216 reps in total… no way. That’s why we do 2-5 reps for a demo 🤭 Glutes gonna fall off the bone 🍖 #tendorism by @gemini_fitnesss
