7 years of study in the bank, time to be my own housewife xx 🩺👩‍🎓🎓
(my back is also bigger than last year if you wanna see the end pic 😘) by @gemmaruffin

Here’s how I’ve become the most confident version of myself…

1. I learnt to put my skills to use - becoming a PT and now studying to be a doctor allows me to use the knowledge I have to help them. I’ve always loved learning but seeing other people learn too is awesome 🤩
2. I put myself in the right circles - coaching at 21 felt expensive and scary, but it was exactly what I needed. Seeing others with similar aspirations showed me what I was capable of.
3. I found my voice - it’s chaotic, but it’s how I roll. Not only has that allowed me to teach others, but it’s let me become the person I needed when I was younger.
4. I became vulnerable - I used to think being confident was about having no flaws, and showing up with perfection. Boy I was wrong! Showing what I’m working on, what’s hard, and how to improve has made me so much better.

So ya little rant over, just me yapping about how good this life is 💖💖💖 by @gemmaruffin

Still trying to work out where the last 4 years went 😅😅 but holy moly I’m grateful for every second of this journey! It’s just the start 🩺💛

Imagine using a platform like SNL to hate on women in a place where they may have fought so hard to become confident and build their strength, both physically and mentally.

big things coming, don’t forget to look back 🤭 by @gemmaruffin

It’s been a crazy long ride, but to think I’m on the home stretch of being a med student is all so mindblowing 🤯

Had to jump on this trend to reflect on the highs, the lows, the early mornings getting to the gym just to gather some sanity before a big day of learning and studying, and remember just how proud I am of myself for choosing a career little baby me would be so proud of 🥹

Forever grateful to be a girly in medicine 🫶🫶
