re-created my vision board this year 🌿 by @gen.vieve_j

there aren’t words for the ways my life has shifted in the past two weeks.

i was practically gifted this teacher training in breath and somatics, i walked in with an open heart and mind. i genuinely met myself at a level i have not experienced, not to become, but to uncover, the person i left behind years ago, and more importantly, to step into the role my soul has been leading me towards for years, to lead, to teach, to embody.

i stepped into a new role this week, from a student into a teacher. i am excited to announce that i will be assisting in future breath and somatics trainings with the inspiring @mybodytoldme to share about the nervous system & breathwork. to say i am grateful is an understatement, the years of unseen inner work led me to this exact moment in my life, where now I get to share and learn at a level deeper than ever before. by @gen.vieve_j
