Guess who’s bringing animal advocacy to Coachella! I’m grateful for the opportunity to curate the panel “Who needs rescuing? Helping animals + yourself” for the @globalinheritance speaker series. The panel will be on Sunday at 11:15 at the Sky Desert stage hope to see you there 🎡🫧♥️✨🌵 by @genesisbutler_

When’s the last time you cried happy tears? For me, it was yesterday when I saw this video by @marleyas_world who did her school project on me. ☺️♥️ This meant so much to me that I have the privilege to inspire young Black girls to speak up for animals and the planet.
Hearing from other youth about how I inspired them is what makes all the time I put into my activism worth it all. Thank you @marleyas_world for choosing me to do your project on. You don’t know how much this means to me. Keep up the amazing work 🤍🤍🤍 by @genesisbutler_

BREAKING: Superstar @BillieEilish, @supportandfeed founder @maggiembaird, and youth activist @genesisbutler_ Butler testified on Capitol Hill today to advocate for more #plantbased options. Other VWS leaders @byanygreens Tracye McQuirter, MPH and @hiphopisgreen also spoke at the briefing.

Deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Dolores Huerta. You have inspired and changed the lives of so many, including my own. Thank you for your incredible legacy and everything you’ve done for generations to come. You will be deeply missed. ❤️ by @genesisbutler_

Celebrating 19 years of saving animals 🪷🪽🧚🏾‍♀️🍬💘

So honored to attend Social Compassion in Legislation’s gala and celebrate all the incredible work they’ve done for animals. I also got to catch up with sweet Priscilla Presley 💘

SCIL has helped pass so many important bills, including ones I’ve had the honor of working on like California’s Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act and adding plant-based options in prisons, nursing homes, and hospitals.

So proud of all the amazing work @socialcompassion has accomplished and honored to be a board member 💘🍬🧚🏾‍♀️🪽🪷🪞 by @genesisbutler_

Finished school and made the Dean’s List with straight A’s once again 🧚🏾‍♀️🪩🪷💘 It’s been very difficult balancing being a full-time college student while also being a full-time activist, but activism is my purpose and something I truly love, so I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤍

I’ll be taking some time off from school before starting my next degree, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come 🥹🧚🏾‍♀️✨🪷🪩🍬💘 by @genesisbutler_
