💪 Losing body fat but still can’t see your muscles?

Fat loss doesn’t automatically mean muscle definition!

💡 Muscle mass, body fat levels, and even temporary water retention can influence how defined your muscles appear.

✨ Don’t just focus on losing weight. Focus on building muscle, optimizing body composition, and recovering properly!

⚖️ Healthy weight gain needs a strategy, not just “eat more”! 💚

Whether it’s improving appetite, increasing calorie intake, or building muscle 💪, the goal is to nourish your body according to YOUR needs. 🥑✨

As a professional dietitian, I help you focus on healthy, sustainable weight gain — not just the number on the scale! 🤍

🍽️ Same meal. Different order. Different blood sugar response! 🩸✨

🥦 Veggies first
🍗 Protein next
🍚 Carbs last

This simple strategy may help reduce post-meal blood sugar spikes, especially for people with type 2 diabetes. 💚

Remember: it’s not just what you eat, but sometimes how you eat it!

Small, science-backed habits can make a difference. 🧠💪

Your body is built to switch fuel sources. 🔥

During fasting, insulin drops and your body starts relying more on stored energy — including fat. ⚡️

But fat burning and fat loss are not the same thing.
**Fasting is a tool, not the magic.** ⏳

🔥 **Just eat less” is NOT a nutrition strategy.**

Yes, fat loss requires a calorie deficit. 📉
But before cutting calories, I assess the bigger picture: nutrition, hunger, body composition, activity, sleep, stress and health. 🧠💪

The goal isn’t simply to **eat less**.
It’s to **lose fat, preserve muscle and build results you can actually sustain.** 🎯

**Eat smarter. Not simply less.** 🥗✨

Eating the same… but feeling different? 👀

More hunger 🍽️
More bloating 🎈
Higher blood glucose 📈

Your food may not be the only factor. Stress matters too. 🧠⚡

Through its effects on appetite, the gut-brain axis, stress hormones and insulin sensitivity, stress can influence how your body feels, digests and responds to food.

Nutrition is bigger than what’s on your plate. 🥗
Food • Sleep • Stress • Movement • Recovery — they all work together. 🔄✨

At 15 years old, the goal isn’t restrictive dieting. It’s supporting growth, strength, proper nutrition & healthy habits. 🌱

⚖️ 71.0 → 70.5 kg
💪 +3.6 kg muscle
📉 −4.1 kg body fat

Same weight. Stronger body. Healthier composition. 💪🔥

The scale tells you a number. Body composition tells you the story. 💪✨

100 calories = 100 calories of energy. ⚡
But nutritionally? They’re not created equal. 🥜🥤

Satiety, nutrients, digestion and absorption all matter.

Calories count — but where they come from counts too. 🧠✨.

“I barely eat… but I can’t lose weight.” 🤯

It’s not always about eating LESS. ❌
It’s about understanding what’s actually happening. 🔍

Calories • Body composition • Daily movement • Sleep • Stress • Hormones • Metabolism 🧬⚡️

Don’t guess. Investigate. Then personalize. 🎯
