Coaching isn’t just about leading from the front. It’s about showing up with heart, energy, and the kind of fire that lights up the room. 💥

Behind every powerful rep, every high-five and every breathless laugh is someone choosing progress over comfort.

We don’t just guide the workout. We feel it, too. 🔥

Body Combat United Event April 25th, 2026. 📍The Hague, Netherlands. 🇳🇱

Good things don’t wait until you’re ready. Sometimes they come right before you’re almost there.

And I figured when that happens, you can let them pass by like a bus not meant for you… or you can get ready.

So I got ready. 💥

A big thanks to @uae_storiess for featuring my story. 🤍

This is a reminder that sometimes the smallest steps end up taking you the furthest, and that setbacks often become the beginning of something even greater.

Eating to support your goals means considering how much you move too.

Here’s what my meals look like on an active day. My intake reaches around 2,000 calories to fuel the classes I teach, maintain my muscle mass and support recovery.

Your needs may look different depending on your goals, body size and activity level, and your portions can vary between active days and rest days.

You will be judged no matter what you do. So be true to yourself and do what really makes you happy. ✨

There will be people who will tell you running your own business is crazy. Why spend so many hours on sports if you’re never going to be the best? Why do you show your body? Why are you so hyper? Why do you laugh so much?

There will always be opinions, critics and people who will not understand your path. But when you live in alignment with who you are, with what you dream of, and with what you love, you find something far more valuable than the approval of others: your peace of mind. 🤍 by @getfitwithranin

The break from corporate life I didn’t know I needed.

Years in Public Relations, climbing the corporate ladder and chasing the next milestone; but there was another side of me I wanted to give more time to.

Taking a step back gave me the space to pursue a passion that makes me feel alive.

Who knows, maybe I’ll find a way to bring both worlds together. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s never too late to chase the goals that light a fire in you. Tune out the noise and follow that feeling. 🤍 by @getfitwithranin

Some days you just need a workout and some days you just need to let it all out.
BODYCOMBAT gives you both. 🥊🔥

Good music, good energy, and a room full of people giving it everything. 🤍

Keep smiling through it all. There’s always something in life to look forward to, and while you’re at it, give someone else a reason to smile too. ♥️

P.S. Proof I own clothes other than gym wear 😂 by @getfitwithranin

Just doing what I love. 🚴🏻‍♀️🤍 by @getfitwithranin

Feeling bloated? It doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve gained fat. 🙆🏻‍♀️

Sometimes, it could simply be something you ate that your body doesn’t respond well to.

These are some foods commonly associated with bloating...the list is much longer.

Of course, food isn’t the only possible cause of bloating and this isn’t a one-size-fits-all list. Everyone’s body is different, so use this as a starting point to notice what works for yours. 🤍

I get asked the questions in this video quite often.

Sometimes, it’s easier for people to believe that staying fit requires something extreme, because then there’s an excuse not to go the extra mile.

There are so many misconceptions around what it takes to stay fit. People often assume there must be a "hard truth" behind it...that trainers must be starving themselves, constantly dieting, avoiding sweets, skipping meals or restricting themselves behind the scenes just to maintain a fit body.

But the truth is, it’s really not that extreme.

You don’t need to starve yourself, give up carbs or say goodbye to the foods you love. You can eat out. You can have dessert. You can enjoy life.

What you do need is consistency.

It’s knowing that one meal won’t ruin your progress, just like one workout won’t create it. It’s enjoying today and knowing you’ll still show up tomorrow, train, stay active and get back to your routine.

Staying fit isn’t about being perfect every day. It’s about building habits you can maintain for life.

💌 Share this with someone who needs to hear it & DM me if you’re struggling to find that balance with food and fitness. 🤍 by @getfitwithranin

Taking "stay active" a little too seriously… even at weddings 😂✌🏻 by @getfitwithranin
