Some places change you before you even realize it's happening.

An aurora that moves and breathes above you.
A wild eagle that looks right through you.
A reindeer unbothered by your existence.
Fjords so still they look like mirrors.

Tromsø and the Lofoten islands in Norway didn't just meet the expectation, they made us forget we ever had one.

Drop a 🇳🇴 if Norway is on your list and save this post if you're planning the trip.

Paris taught us this: more plans don’t mean a better trip.

If it’s your first time, choose what stays with you not what fills the day.

You’ll want this when planning, so make sure to save it.

Fall in love again... and again 🍂🍁

📍Sentier des cimes, Laurentides, Quebec by @getothepoint

Sometimes, the best thing you can do is step away from your routine and give yourself room to breathe. 🌍🤍

A walk in nature, a weekend getaway, time with your favourite people, or a quiet day with no plans. You don't always need a big adventure.

For World Mental Health Day, here's your reminder that your wellbeing deserves a place on your priority list, too.

What's your favourite way to recharge? 👇
