Did someone say dress up?! Don’t threaten me with a good time! 😜

Always a sucker for a good theme and an excuse to decorate or dress up…Halloween is my jam! 🎃

What a great week at @saltfitnessct !! What’s next?! 🙊😉 by @getsalty_witht

🪄🧪 Ursula’s potion contains a slight twist this time around…the magic ingredient being 𝕊𝔸𝕃𝕋!🧂💫 We aren’t trading our fins for legs—𝕨𝕖’𝕣𝕖 𝕓𝕦𝕚𝕝𝕕𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕝𝕖𝕘𝕤 𝕤𝕠 𝕤𝕥𝕣𝕠𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕪 𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕟 𝕦𝕤 𝕚𝕟𝕥𝕠 𝕡𝕠𝕨𝕖𝕣𝕗𝕦𝕝, 𝕕𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕞𝕖𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕚𝕕𝕤! 🌊✨🧜‍♀️

It’s a FULL WEEK of fun @saltfitnessct so get your costumes and/or Halloween accessories ready and get to the studio as many times as possible this week because there are 𝓅𝓇𝒾𝓏𝑒𝓈 𝓉𝑜 𝒷𝑒 𝓌𝑜𝓃!

Open House was a huge success and now we’re ready to get SALTy! 💦🧂Have you signed up yet?!

Only a few spots left Saturday for Align (Barre) at 8:30am but plenty of space for Strike (Cardio Kickboxing) at 9:45am! Don’t let the class name scare you…no kickboxing experience needed! You’re going to love this high energy, music driven class, I promise! 🥊 🎶

Stay salty. Stay strong. 💪🏼 🤍

🌊 𝕃𝕖𝕥’𝕤 𝔾𝕖𝕥 𝕊𝕒𝕝𝕥𝕪! 🌊

Things have been a little too quiet around here and it’s time to ꯱ׁׅ֒hׁׅ֮ɑׁׅ֮ƙׁׅ֑ꫀׁׅܻ it up! I am excited to announce that I will be teaching at @saltfitnessct in Old Saybrook when the studio opens in a few weeks!

My life continues to show me that timing truly is everything and these little ᧁꪶⅈꪑꪑꫀ𝕣ડ that happen unexpectedly make my heart happy! Recovery from hip surgery in June has been slow and hard, and I’ve missed teaching so much! When @melissabonnerfitness approached me with this amazing opportunity I knew I couldn’t say no! Melissa’s vision for this new space is beautiful and the community she is building within it is going to be magical! I’m ecstatic to be a part of the SALT crew and look forward to getting to know so many new faces!

If you’re new here, welcome! I hope to see you at the studio soon!

✨Physical & Mental Strength Hallelujah✨ by @getsalty_witht

Sending all of my love to my @cyclebarportland family! What a ride, what a community! Thank you to @paige_ferguson33 & @juliejm33 for allowing me the opportunity to be a part of the magic during my time in Portland. Memories were made, friendships blossomed, and a whole lot of sweat and fun was had! The doors may be closing, but what was created in that dark room will live on in all of our hearts forever!

What does your 𝕋ℍ𝕌ℝ𝕊𝔻𝔸𝕐 ℕ𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 look like?! 🆘 by @getsalty_witht

ℍ𝕖𝕪 ℂ𝕐ℂ𝕃𝔼𝔹𝔸ℝ 𝕄𝕆ℕℝ𝕆𝔼 𝕗𝕒𝕞! Tuesday nights have been SO much fun together but unfortunately, as they say, “All good things must come to an end”. This is NOT a goodbye, just a change of season and with that a change in location for a few months due to work. I will not be on the schedule regularly for the next few months but I will be subbing as much as possible! When I’m not teaching I’ll still be riding on the weekends so I look forward to sitting next to you and seeing all of your smiling faces regularly!

We have two more chances to ride together in 2024 so let’s make them count!!

Next stop on my journey…𝔹𝕒𝕣𝕣𝕖𝟛 Instructor! 🧡🤍

Currently still in training but fingers crossed, in a few short weeks it will be official! 🤞🏼

Farmington Valley…you know I left my heart here a few years ago when I left @cyclebarcanton, and now it brings me SO much joy to get to belong to this incredible community of beautiful humans once again! A HUGE thank you to Sarah and Niki for the opportunity to teach and the rest of the @barre3farmingtonvalley team for being so incredibly welcoming. A special 𝕥ꫝꪖꪀ𝕜 ꪗꪮꪊ and ᥇ⅈᧁ ꪶꪮꪜꫀડ for @tas321 …the QUEEN Barre3 Mentor and @chrissyo2…my own personal cheerleader in life and everything fitness!

You can find me on the mic on Mondays and Wednesdays the next two weeks for my Instructor in Training classes!

Monday 11/11 & 11/18 @ 4:45pm
