To pineapple, or not to pineapple? 🍍
Growing up, on Halloween, I would eat pizza because it was quick and easy to make/eat in between answering the door to hand out candy! All these years later, I still get a hankering for pizza on Halloween, so this year, I made a @eatmiltons pizza ❤️ SOOOO good!

The hardest part of being celiac is always social gatherings, especially when my plate is empty. I’m so so grateful to be invited and included, but it’s tough to be the only person not eating. Sometimes people keep their questions and comments to themselves, which is always the preference, and thankfully today was one of those days.
No matter how many years it’s been since my diagnosis, there will always be a small part of me wishing things were different, easier, less awkward. But it makes me even more thankful for my amazing community here ❤️

I went to have the Oreo muffin from yesterday’s @livotisoldworldmarket post and I was shocked to see the muffin itself was both chocolate AND vanilla!
Also, this picture totally makes it look like a smiley face 😊

Recently went to @livotisoldworldmarket in Freehold and found this incredible GF muffin variety pack! The sprinkle muffin in the back was a literal party in my mouth 😂 These muffins have an incredible texture and are so soft, I had to do a double and triple take at the ingredients to be sure!

Just needed to revisit this incredible cake from @burtons.grill and give it its own post! A small sample from their preview night, this is the most incredible 7 layer chocolate cake with raspberry coulis 🤤
Can’t wait to go back and try more delicious menu items!

What an incredible preview night at @burtons.grill in Parsippany last night! We sampled everything on their preview menu, and every dish was as delicious as the next! I’m SO grateful for the invite last night, and can’t wait to continue to support Burton’s!

Hi! 👋🏻 I’m Aimee, your fellow celiac from northern NJ. It’s so great to be here! I’m thankful for each one of you, your engagement, your curiosity, and your love of good gluten free food!

First and foremost, I’m a cat mama! I’ve got 3 beautiful babies: 2 fully black, and one orange!

All of my cats throughout my life have been rescues! In fact, 3 came right from my block, including my orange boy!

I’m a classical musician, a vocalist to be precise! I typically sing at churches for services/masses, as well as weddings and funerals, but sometimes I get lucky enough to join a choir on stage at Carnegie Hall!

I was officially diagnosed celiac through my endoscopy in 2019, but my bloodwork has been off the charts since 2011…ya girl was just too scared/stubborn to get the official scope.

The best lo mein option if you’re gluten free has to be @lilliandloo.nyc because, lo mein?! Don’t get me wrong, mei fun is delish, but I will never pass up an opportunity to indulge in lo mein ❤️
