An unforgettable evening celebrating the artistry of Italian cuisine. 🇮🇹✨

I had the pleasure of attending EVOLUZIONE | Four Hands Dinner at Roberto’s Muscat, where Executive Chef @chef__dani from Roberto’s Dubai joined Executive @giandotaf92 for an exclusive one-night culinary collaboration.

The specially curated five-course menu showcased the perfect balance of tradition and innovation. Every course highlighted premium ingredients, refined techniques, and authentic Italian flavors, making each dish a memorable experience.

Set within the elegant The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, the exceptional hospitality, luxurious ambiance, and attention to every detail made the evening truly special.

A sincere thank you to Roberto’s Muscat and The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort for the warm hospitality and an extraordinary dining experience.

Some Gaggan dinner memories with @giandotaf92 🇹🇭 by @giandotaf92

At Roberto’s Muscat, Connessioni came alive—two chefs, four hands, and one unforgettable evening of Italian mastery.

Each course told a story of technique, terroir, and the quiet beauty of culinary dialogue.

If you missed this chapter, don’t miss the next. Seats are limited and the experience is unrepeatable.
