POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi, I’m Gilles Mendel. Social media is not my forte—but my daughter has convinced me to share a bit more.

Born into a world of craftsmanship.

Couture has always been part of my life—passed down through generations.

For decades, I’ve had the privilege of dressing women for the most important moments of their lives.

Today, I continue that legacy with @houseofgilles - if you have any questions feel free to ask below 🖤 by @gillesmendel

Over four months in the making in our New York atelier. Delicate silver threads trace foliage as though growing inside a Victorian glasshouse. A celebration of nature, craftsmanship, and the art of couture. @houseofgilles

A little bit of Bridal Week.

In our New York atelier, we continue to preserve an art that is slowly disappearing. The finest fabrics, the hands of skilled artisans, and an unwavering dedication to craftsmanship without compromise.

After all these years, my belief remains the same. True luxury is in the details, the time, and the care that goes into making something exceptional.
