Prioritizing your growth and the relationship you have with yourself is kinda chic, don’t you think? 💫 by @ginamarielopinto

Hi I’m Gina and I’m so grateful you’re here! 💗

Some of you may know me as co-founder and aura reader of @vibrantauraphoto 🔮

I’m also a Jersey girl who loves matcha, crystals, being in nature (especially the ocean 🌊) and spending time with the people I love 💗

I have always been fascinated by all things psychology, astrology and manifestation. Any tool that could help me understand myself more was something I wanted to learn as much about as I could✨

About 10 years ago I realized that I kept hitting the same roadblocks with my manifestations over and over again. I was frustrated and couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t able to have what I desired. What I didn’t know then was that my subconscious beliefs were limiting me 🧠

I began working through my self imposed limitations and being really honest with myself about where I had contributed to my own suffering. This work wasn’t easy but it will always be the best thing I’ve ever done for myself 🌸

My hope for you is that in sharing the lessons I’ve learned you can live the most empowered and magical version of your lives 💫

If you’re at a stage in your life where you’re feeling lost or just in need of a little external support shoot me a DM✨

When I say working with people lights me up just know that I mean that at such a deep level.

Whenever we do events for @vibrantauraphoto we take a photo at the start to test the lighting, but I realized I’ve never seen what my energy looks like AFTER I spend hours working with people.

So last weekend after spending 4.5 hours with my aura girlies I decided to see what my energy looked like and it spoke to exactly what I knew to be true. Doing this work lights up my soul.

No matter how physically tired I am at the end of these days I feel so energetically lit up. I love helping others feel seen and to be able to show them how bright they shine is such a gift.

Thank you for trusting me with your precious energy and for allowing me to be a part of your journey in some small way. Every person I sit with has such a tremendous impact on me and I am so grateful for each and every one of you ✨💫 by @ginamarielopinto

I spent a month filling up my cup and boy is it full 💗

I took a full month off from working and here are a few of my main takeaways.

Rest is productive and necessary. As someone who prides themselves on working hard we also have to allow ourselves to take breaks. I tell my aura girls this all of the time, but you cannot pour from an empty cup. 🌸

My most inspired ideas come from the time where I am doing absolutely nothing. Those moments where our brain gets to turn off from problem solving are the moments where our truest inspiration can strike. 🙇🏽‍♀️

Taking things slow like savoring your morning matcha or coffee or watching the sunset with nowhere to be or is how our nervous system gets a break from the high intensity go go go of everyday life 💆🏽‍♀️

The universe takes you on the journey you’re meant to go on. What started as a missed connection turned into 24 hours in Munich and the opportunity to go to Oktoberfest which I have always wanted to do. It wasn’t part of my plan, but it was better than my plan. The universe is always conspiring for our highest good and our soul growth 💫✨

Nature is where I feel most connected and most at peace. Anytime I get into nature I instantly feel my breath deepen and my stress levels minimize. Nature is medicine 🍃🌳

As I’m getting back into the swing of things I’m more inspired than I have been in a long time. I can’t wait to share more of what I’m working on with all of you soon!

If you’re feeling burnt out and overtaxed consider this your sign to take a break. You deserve it 💕 by @ginamarielopinto

True magic comes to us when we learn to trust the timing of our lives and surrender to the present moment 💫

So often we try to control our circumstances and the outcome of events in our lives instead of just embracing them as they are. All emotions have a purpose and a place and the more we fight them the more we will struggle in the long run.

Grief may be painful, but it is a sign of how much you loved someone or something ❤️‍🩹

Happiness may feel fleeting, but it can be found in even the smallest moments in our everyday lives ☀️

Trust that each moment is here to teach you something and trust that you’ll be capable of meeting the moment when it arrives. 💗

You brain cannot tell the difference between what is real and imagined. 🙊

This is what makes visualization and feeling your desired reality such powerful tools for manifestation. 💫

These practices help prime our brain to look for things that bring us to our desired outcome and not be fearful of it when they show up. ✨

It’s not woo woo. It’s neuroscience! 🧠

The two clearest ways to tell if you are out of alignment with your feminine energy are simple:

- Are you able to receive? That could be compliments, gifts, money, affection. If someone tells you you look nice do you take the compliment or deflect? If someone does something nice for you do you immediately feel the need to do something in return or do you allow yourself to just receive?

- Do you allow yourself to rest or do you always feel like you need to be productive? If you feel like rest and fun need to be earned through work then there is a good chance your masculine energy is in overdrive and this is a one way ticket to burnout, exhaustion and even resentment.

Noticing these patterns is the first step toward choosing a new path forward. I’m here to tell you first hand that there is a better way 💗

Our relationship with ourself is the most important relationship we will have in our lives and it is also the most neglected.

Find time each week for whatever feels like self care or self love even if it’s just your favorite latte or an hour to read a book. The more we prioritize our own needs the more fully we can show up in all other areas of our lives.

The periods of my life where I have let go of the specifics and trusted my own internal guidance system and the universe have brought me the most magic 🔮

On June 29th, Jupiter entered Leo. Jupiter is the planet of abundance and in Leo it is asking us to take up space, share our authenticity and gifts. When we come from this energy abundance naturally follows ✨

When we stop looking to control the details and instead let the magic unfold as it’s meant to we receive something so much better than we can conjure up 💫
