Phase 1 finished! 🫡 Wrapped up the first phase of this project in Dover, NH! We removed the existing cracked 6–8” concrete walkway and replaced it with a new owner-supplied paver walkway. We also reinstalled the existing retaining wall blocks to preserve the look the homeowners wanted and planned the installation around their upcoming driveway repaving. Big shoutout to @noah.shatzer, @elijanetos, and @ryanmason2828 for helping get this one across the finish line! Phase 1 finished! 🫡 We just wrapped up the first phase of this project for a client in Dover, NH. This phase involved removing the existing 6–8” concrete walkway, which had cracked and deteriorated over time, and replacing it with a new owner-supplied paver walkway. This was a project the homeowners had been planning to tackle for years, but never quite had the time to get around to. We’re glad we could help bring it across the finish line! As part of the work, we also carefully removed and reinstalled the existing retaining wall blocks to preserve the look the homeowners already enjoyed. With the driveway scheduled to be milled and repaved, we planned the paver termination to allow the paving contractor to remove the existing asphalt without disturbing or damaging the new walkway. A big shoutout to @noah.shatzer, @elijanetos, and @ryanmason2828 @owen_thewhiz for helping pull this one together on the home stretch! Looking forward to getting back out there for the next phase! Come along to see a driveway re-fresh in Warner New Hampshire through the #meta glasses. by @gingerenterprisesllc
Another project wrapped up in Warner! We recently completed a gravel driveway refresh and installed a drip edge along the foundation to help keep water away from the house and improve drainage. It’s always great to help homeowners tackle projects that improve both the look and functionality of their property. Whether you need driveway work, drainage solutions, excavation, or other site work, we’d love the opportunity to talk through your project and see how we can help! We recently replaced a leaking 3/4-inch curb stop valve at a customer’s summer home. The original valve allowed the homeowner to shut off the water before winter, but after 20 + years of service it had begun leaking, causing water to pool around the valve in the yard. We installed a new drain-back curb stop valve, providing a more reliable, long-lasting solution and ensuring the water system can be properly shut down and drained each winter. If you need water service repairs, excavation, site work, or hardscape services, GE is here to help. 📞 301-310-8657 📧 GingerEnterprisesLLC@outlook.com by @gingerenterprisesllc
We recently completed this beautiful 300-square-foot patio for the Railroad Museum in Contoocook, NH. The project was built using donated memorial bricks and owner-supplied pavers, and G&E was proud to help bring it to completion in just two days.
