Yesterday I was looking through our customer photos and I came across this beaut… I don’t even know what sandwich this is, roast beef, turkey and mortadella i think? Either way it’s a fantastic picture and i love it. Thanks to Patrick Mallow for the picture… you are exceptional at taking sandwich pictures. Have a great Friday everyone. by @gioiasdeli

Most people see an awesome customer picture of sandwiches laid out before lunch.
A restaurant owner sees:
Where’s the “1” sandwich?
Is the salad the “1”?
Has the “1” already been claimed?
Did we forget to put the “1” sandwich in the bag?! by @gioiasdeli

August 5 2009, my first Gioia’s pic posted to Facebook. I took it with my digital camera and uploaded to my Mac Book which is in the picture. I put the sandwich on a fancy plate I borrowed from Gian and Tony’s. 17 years ago. Whoa. by @gioiasdeli

We opened Gioia’s Winghaven and never told anyone about our Secret Menu. Honestly, I’m not even sure where people are finding it... yet we still sold 100 Secret Menu sandwiches last month. by @gioiasdeli
