WHAT IS GIRL TALK??— Girl Talk is a community of young adult women who are pursuing a life with Jesus together! What started as a small life group of 6 girls turned into multiple groups & a community of godly friendships amongst women🤍

Our heart is that of Proverbs 27:9, “Oil and perfume make the heart glad; So does the sweetness of a friend’s counsel that comes from the heart.” Every woman needs godly female friendships in their life to flourish in her intentional God-given design. Our goal is to create a safe environment to build these friendships & encourage one another in relationship with Jesus.

Key information about Girl Talk:
• our life groups are hosted through Twin Rivers Church in Saint Louis
• we currently have two groups that meet on seperate nights while doing the same curriculum—Wednesday & Thursday nights
• we host community gatherings for Girl Talk members all together outside of life group meetings
• for young adult women ages 18-35

For more information, please DM our account & we will get back to you at the earliest convenience.

@girltalkcommunity night one of Wednesday group was so special✨🩵

God was moving & brought so many wonderful women together last night. I can’t wait for the semester to come. Friendships are already forming, and I know God is going to do so many great things. by @girltalkcommunity

the risk of community that’s keeping you alone is well worth the reward that’ll make you wonder why you were so worried in the first place🌸🫶🏻

this is one of my favorite parts of a being a believer in Jesus: one body, one family, one God who works through every person who claims Him as Lord. prayer is powerful, prayer together is world-shaking.
—
if you’re reading this and you are going through it, and everything you try to do to fix it doesn’t work or makes it worse—pray. go to war in prayer & God will go to war for you! better yet ask someone to pray with you, and watch God handle the rest.
—
if you are self-conscience of praying out loud or with other people, it’s okay, I’ve been there too. but don’t limit God’s power through your prayers by staying quiet, silent or in your head due to fear, insecurity or any other reason. evil trembles at the name of Jesus, so why keep your prayers in His Name contained to your head.
