โœจWelcome Gianna Gianna's schedule: - Monday 6:30am -Tuesday 8:00pm We are happy to welcome her to the fam ๐Ÿซถ A little note from Gianna ๐Ÿ‘‡โค๏ธ Hi everyone! My name is Gianna, and Iโ€™m so excited to be joining the Hardbody team as your new Hot Pilates instructor. Over the last four years, fitness has become a huge part of my life. Whether itโ€™s strength training in the gym or taking a hot mat class, movement has helped me become stronger both physically and mentally. My goal is to help you challenge yourself, build strength, and feel proud of what your body can do, all while having a great time along the way. A little about me: I have a cat Luna who is my absolute pride and joy, so donโ€™t be surprised if you hear me talking about her 24/7! When Iโ€™m not in the gym or on the mat, you can find me at the salon providing brow, lash, and spray tan services. Helping people feel confident and look their best is clearly my specialty. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I canโ€™t wait to move with you, support you, and be a part of your Pilates journey. See you on the mat! #pilates #fitnessmotivation #strengthtraining #newinstructor #hotpilatesgirl by @gisquillfit

On the left is a picture of me from May of 2025. Consistent strength training 4-5x a week/cardio/eating clean. On the right is a picture of me from May of 2026. Consistent strength training 2-3x a week (depending on how my body was feeling, ALWAYS listen to your body & its wants/needs) + adding in hot Pilates classes 2-3x a week to my routine all while keeping the same clean eating (sometimes u know I canโ€™t say no to a sweet treat)๐Ÿ˜‚. The purpose of this post is just to show how much of a difference incorporating hot Pilates into your strength training can make. by @gisquillfit
