CHECKED OFF doesn't mean DONE! Missing driver's licenses, insurance, paperwork… but somehow EVERY box is checked?! A checklist without accountability is just a piece of paper! #CarSales #CarSalesTraining #AutoIndustry #DealershipLife #AutomotiveSales by @glenn_lundy
You can have the best people, the best products, and the best processes, but if your culture is broken, none of it matters! After years of building and leading team I know this thing right here: Culture isn't built during the company meetings or the big motivational speeches. It's built in the LITTLE moments. How your team treats each other when things get stressful. How your managers respond when somebody makes a mistake. How you celebrate the small wins. And how you make people feel when nobody's watching. People don't just want a paycheck. (Important though!) They want to feel valued. They want to feel like they're part of something bigger. They want to know that the people they're working alongside actually care about them. And as leaders, that's OUR responsibility. You can't expect people to pour their hearts into a business that never pours anything back into THEM. So encourage your people. Recognize their efforts. Have the tough conversations when necessary. And most importantly, lead by example. Because when people love where they work, that energy spreads to your customers, your community, and ultimately your results! #RiseAndGrind #CompanyCulture #LeadershipMatters #TeamBuilding by @glenn_lundy
STOP trying to hit a HOME RUN on every car deal! That smaller-profit deal today could turn into referrals, trades, reviews, and YEARS of repeat business. Sometimes the BASE HIT is worth more than the HOME RUN! #CarSales #CarSalesTraining #AutoIndustry #DealershipLife #AutomotiveSales by @glenn_lundy
It's Monday ladies and Gents! Maybe you need to hear this at the beginning of this month! You are NOT behind. You are NOT out of opportunities. And you are DEFINITELY not finished! I don't care what happened last week. Maybe you missed your goals. Maybe things didn't go the way you planned. Maybe life knocked you down a few times. SO WHAT?! You woke up this morning with a fresh 24 hours and another opportunity to do something INCREDIBLE! Here's the thing… Some people are going to spend this Monday complaining about everything they have to do. Others are going to wake up THANKFUL for everything they GET to do. Same Monday. Different mindset. Completely different results. You don't need everything to go perfectly today. You just need to get MOVING! Make the call. Have the conversation. Take the risk. Encourage somebody. Do the thing you've been putting off! Because momentum doesn't come from sitting around waiting to feel motivated. Momentum comes from action! So get up, get after it, and make this first week of November count! #MondayMotivation #Glennergy #MindsetMatters #MakeItHappen by @glenn_lundy
Brooke Guy has something to say about those who think "What if nobody watches?!" Your first video might get 100 views. POST IT ANYWAY! Stop chasing views. Be authentic. Talk about what you LOVE. Want to win on social media in 2027? Start TODAY and don't stop! #AutomotiveMarketing #SocialMediaTips #DealershipLife #PersonalBranding #CarSales by @glenn_lundy
You don't have to agree with someone to make them feel VALUED. Stop listening just to respond. Start listening to UNDERSTAND. Great leaders make people feel seen, heard, and significant… even when they disagree. #LeadershipDevelopment #CommunicationSkills #EmotionalIntelligence #RiseAndGrind #DealershipLife by @glenn_lundy
You have NO IDEA what somebody else is going through today. And that's exactly why the way you treat people matters so much. That salesperson who seems a little off today? That employee who's been unusually quiet? That stranger who looks like they're having the WORST morning ever? You have absolutely no idea what they're carrying. And sometimes, the smallest things can make the BIGGEST difference. A genuine compliment. A quick phone call. A simple "Hey, I appreciate you." Or just taking 5 minutes to actually LISTEN. Here's something I've learned over the years… You don't have to change somebody's LIFE to change somebody's DAY. And sometimes changing their day is exactly what changes their life. We spend so much time chasing success, building businesses, and trying to get to that next level… But don't forget that the greatest impact you'll ever make probably won't show up on a spreadsheet. It'll show up in the PEOPLE you've encouraged along the way. 🙌🔥 So here's my challenge for you today… Go out of your way to make ONE person feel seen, heard, and appreciated. #Leadership #MakeAnImpact #PositiveEnergy #EncourageOthers by @glenn_lundy
Man these kids never cease to amaze me. I'm super proud of these two as they're making their way through their first year of public high school. (Savanna a Junior, Joel a Freshman) Blessed to be their dad. by @glenn_lundy
10 cars a month?! Why is THAT still the standard?! We've got social media, CRMs, AI, and unlimited ways to reach customers… but we're still using expectations from the 1970s?! One car per salesperson, per day. RAISE THE STANDARD! #CarSales #CarSalesTraining #AutoIndustry #DealershipLife #AutomotiveSales by @glenn_lundy
Listen! You don't have to be there perfect leader. Anybody can show up with energy when the numbers are good, the customers are buying, and everything is going their way. But what about the days when NOTHING seems to be working? When the deals fall apart, somebody calls out, and the whole place feels like it's on fire? THAT'S when leadership matters most. Your team is watching how you respond. They're watching your attitude. They're watching whether you live by the same standards you expect from THEM. You can't demand excellence on Monday and tolerate average by Friday. Leadership isn't about being the loudest person in the room. It's about being the example people can count on, even when things get uncomfortable. So as we close out this week, I've got one question for you… If your entire team showed up today with YOUR attitude, would your business be better or worse? Raise your standard of average. Let's finish this week STRONG! #CarSales #CarSalesTraining #AutoIndustry #DealershipLife #AutomotiveSales by @glenn_lundy
