Outsiders Only wouldn’t happen the way it does without the businesses and people who step in and help us bring it to life.

A huge thank you to this year’s sponsors: @chinola , @owswine , @somethingfabulous , @nikknab , @puregreen.vienna , @jcstanfordmd , @orangetheory , @yelpnova , @glidechirocare , Gavé American Agave Spirite, and @hornandcompany

These are businesses—many of them local—that chose to support a day built around artists, makers, creativity and community. That support matters to us, and we’re incredibly grateful to have them behind Outsiders Only this year.

Happy 5th Birthday to Glide! 🥹🎉

WOW. What a journey.

When I opened Glide in 2021, I don’t think I could have imagined everything the next five years would bring. I’ve learned the good, the bad, and definitely the ugly of healthcare, business ownership, and what it really takes to build something you believe in.

But through all the crazy, what kept bringing me back every single day were the people around me.

Ashlyn and Behrouz — you have truly been my rocks. ❤️ Through every high, every stressful moment, every decision, every “what the hell am I doing?!” moment 😂… you both have supported me while I figured out how to navigate this crazy world of business ownership. I could not have done this without you.

And my patients… YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. 🥹 Some of you trusted me with your care before Glide even existed and have been with me for 5+ years. Some of you walked through Glide’s doors sometime during these past five years, and some of you just found us recently.

Every single one of you has helped build this place.
Your trust, your referrals, your stories, your loyalty, and the fact that you continue to let me take care of you have given me an insane amount of courage to keep going, keep growing, and keep expanding what Glide can become. ❤️And a huge thank you to @iamnataliedick for being the best life/business coach-you caught me from falling and showed me the way!

Five years later, I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built — but even more excited about where we’re going.

Happy 5th, Glide. ❤️.
