My ADHD is my superpower. I, myself, am strange & unusual. Fantasy worlds & math rocks FTW. Travel, Cons, & Cosplay are just a few of my passions.

Literally the BEST weekend was had! On a serious note...Getting back our health is honestly the best thing we ever did. @reydelpleasure and I are now 43 & 40 years old.

We were able to hang literally all night and dance for HOURSSSSSS like we did in our 20s, and with people 10-20 years younger than us!

We had someone guess we were both 23. He had a girl who was 22 hit on him. We did not go to sleep until 4 am. We were totally fine waking up yesterday.

Take care of your health, y'all. If you do, you can party like a Rockstar for much longer than you think. Now to the fun part!

As much as the drive to Miami is ROUGHHHHHHH, it was so worth the time, gas and money!

We went to @dayshift.party at @m2_miami to start from 5-9! We danced our asses off and didn't sit down once! The music and vibes were too good! After that, we found amazing food at a DELICIOUS Argentinian restaurant @parrillaliberty to refuel.

Then it was on to @midlinemiami to continue the millennial clubbing with the 2000s party! We met up with a couple people we planned for and into so much of our cosplay crew we didn't!

The vibes were immaculate and we all had the best time. The best surprise was running into our amazing friend Trevohnn! Of course, we had to honor our selfie-taking tradition whenever we run into eachother!!!

I know a bunch of other people were here, but I don't remember your Insta tags. Please repost/tag yourself if we were dancing together! by @glitterandgothreina

Dragon-gone...😭

#dragoncon2026 has come and gone, and it was absolutely incredible!

#dragoncon2026 was epic. So many good times were had! It went far too fast!

Saw old friends, met a bunch of new ones, and partied hard!

Can't wait to start making more #cosplays and improving the current ones for next year!!!

Lots of photos to follow in the coming days. I need a vacation from my vacation 🤣😩.

Training restarts this week! Can't wait to get back in the gym and back to better food!

Thanks to #americanexpresslounge for making travel so comfortable and amazing. by @glitterandgothreina

#dragoncon2026 Day 1 -Special Post- Highlight of my day!!

When your shoes break, but you see one of your literary heroes and favorite voice actors!!

Guys, the line for the panel to see Matt Dinniman and Jeff Hayes was absolutely insane, at least a mile long, no exaggeration.

My shoes broke on the way to the end of the line for the panel, and when we finally reached the end of the line, we knew it would be past capacity, so we were on our way back to the entrance.

Howeverrrrrrrrrrr!!!! A wild #mattdinniman & #jeffhayes appeared! We called out to ask if we could take photos and they said we could as they were walking, but both stopped for a split second pose for me so I could get the photo!

Thank you both so much for being so gracious!

#dragoncon2026 Day 1! Black Clover - Vanessa

After badges earlier, we went back to the hotel. Showers were in order, and then we went and hung out with some people here at our hotel.

After having a blast, we got ready and went! Today was a lot of acclimating for me, and we saw so many cool cosplays!!

My shoes broke going down stairs and I slipped and slid, but thankfully I did not fall and didn't hurt myself.

We didn't really go to any of the events, either due to timing or weather, but just walking and watching was so much fun!!!

#dragoncon2026 Day 1! The view from the hotel, immaculate. The weather, hot af, like home, so we're used to it!

Decided to strategically pick up badges in our comfy clothes and then go back to the hotel and get into cosplay for the day!

The line to pickup badges...to be expected. With thousands of people coming from everywhere, it was inevitable!

Apparently someone already fainted and it's barely 10 am. That's a #natural1 on your constitution check if ever I saw one. Literally lost consciousness. by @glitterandgothreina

Lounges are seriously underrated sometimes. Depending on your travel habits, they are so worth it!

Comfort, private bathrooms, food, booze...it can legit save you so much money. We haven't paid for airport food in years! At least not if there's an accessible open lounge.

Thank you to #americanexpress for including amazing benefits.

Side note, apparently your girl's travel outfit is eating because I've gotten so many compliments!

The irony of not realizing it was International Cosplay Day while being completely immersed working on my cosplays is not lost on me. 🤣🤣

Also, the skirt i posted??? Going to be the death of me...🤣🤣🤣

Anyway, I'm still crazy behind, but se la vie! I can only do what I can. Hopefully I can just finish and model the few that I have completed by tonight!

Another thrifted skirt in the process of transformation. Anyone want to a venture a guess on this one, just based on the color and rough shape?

She's going to be so pretty when she's done!!

Belt is done, and so is the skirt, minus painting the buttons.

I took in the skirt and installed the fringe. I'm so proud and happy with how everything came out!

This is my first time really making something for cosplay and also modifying clothing to fit me properly!

It's definitely a good skill to have, and I'm so excited to make and modify more things!

Still have a bunch more stuff to do, and I'm so excited!

She couldn't fit more perfectly! I'm so happy with how this came out! I still have to put the fringe in the skirt and take it in a smidge, but the top is #DragonCon -ready!!!
