Went to Philadelphia and ALA for the first time this weekend. I always have an amazing time whenever I get to hangout with @msmirelle and this time didn’t disappoint. 💕
I’m super grateful with the team at @juliadeburgosbookstore and @latinxkidlitbf for organizing a lovely meetup where I got to meet a ton of amazing latine authors and illustrators. Very grateful with Kirk from @empoweringlatinofutures as well! Looking forward to meeting again at FILGDL later this year.
Got to meet @bruised_mango for the first time in person and visited their lovely home. 🥹🫶🏽
On our last day we had dinner with @laurenmagaziner and I had the best onion soup at Parc.
I had such a wonderful time I’m already planning to hopefully go back to Philly in October for the @latinbookfair

Happy Mother’s Day! 💐💕 in Mexico we celebrate on May 10th. Been working on this one for a while and finally came around to finishing it. It’s been some busy months but I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to tell my mom how much I love her and appreciate everything she has done for us. Te quiero mucho mamá 💕 Feliz día a todas las que son mamás y a sus mamás abuelitas abrazo a todas de mi parte. #happymothersday #felizdiadelamadre #illustration by @gloriafelixart
