have been having so many convos and onboarding new (and past!!!) clients the last two weeks and ahhh it just reminds me how important it is to trust your gut and even if it doesn’t make sense to others take the leap anyway 🤞🏼

getting these messages just today confirms we’re on the right path babyyyy!

“Already felt improvements after the first week so I’m stoked with the programme 💗”

“omigosh I love how detailed the plan is, this is perfect! I’m very excited to get into the workout plan this week, and I’m excited to have a change to my gym plan 😌”

this is only the beginning of a new era and I am SOOO excited for what’s to come 🫶🏼

I did it 🥹💗 2025 absolutely broke me. I lost my spark. I lost who I was.

But, of course that only happened so I could rebuild and become an even BETTER and stronger version of myself.

The old me had to break for the new one to come through.

The last 8 months have been so incredibly hard but I am so proud of the inner and outer work I’ve done to get myself to the point where I could create my own glow up program and uplevel EVERY AREA OF MY LIFE in only 8 weeks.

I now feel SO confident, magnetic and myself (the new verision of me lol) !!!!

Better mindset. Better body. Better discipline. Better habits. Better life.

If you’ve been feeling the same and you’re ready to make 2026 the year everything changes, join the glow up challenge 💗

8 weeks to detox from your old ways & change your life.
