Today was a day I will carry with me forever. 🤍🦋
Through Beauty Bus, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting patients and caregivers through the power of beauty and human connection, I had the honor of volunteering at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. I had the opportunity to provide facials and moments of self-care to patients, their parents and caregivers. I’m so grateful to Beauty Bus for creating these opportunities and bringing beauty professionals together to give back in such a beautiful way. 🤍

But this day was especially meaningful to me for a reason much deeper than my career.
This is the same hospital where my older brother spent the majority of his life. I never had the chance to meet him, but I grew up hearing about this place and knowing how much of my parents’ time was spent within these walls. Twenty years later, I got to walk through those same halls with my parents and it was their first time returning since then.
Being able to give back to other families in a place that holds so much meaning for my own family was emotional, surreal, and incredibly special. It felt like one of those moments in life that comes full circle in a way you never could have imagined.
I am beyond grateful for this opportunity, for Beauty Bus, and for everyone who made this experience possible. 🤍
Without a doubt, this was one of the best and most meaningful days of my career. I’ll hold this experience close to my heart forever. 🥹✨ by @glowing.aestheticss
