it’s finally LIVE… 🫶✨

GlowWithGianna.com has been something on my heart for so long, and bringing it to life feels so surreal. This isn’t just a website, it’s a space created with purpose. A space for confidence, self-worth, and learning to become the most authentic version of yourself.

for so long, I struggled with comparison… feeling like I wasn’t doing enough, wasn’t enough, or didn’t look the way I was “supposed” to. and I know I’m not the only one.

that’s why I created this.

a place where you can feel seen, supported, and reminded that your worth was never meant to be measured by numbers, likes, or anyone else’s timeline. a place where we redefine confidence not as perfection, but as showing up as you.

through my blog, podcast (The Glow Diaries), events, and everything in between, my goal is simple: to help you build a healthy relationship with yourself and realize that you already have everything you need within you 💗

this is just the beginning, and I’m so excited to grow this community together.

go explore: www.glowwithgianna.com💻✨
I would love to hear what you think! PS: check my insta later for another announcement 🤭🫶

UNFILTERED FRIDAY: you can’t live a full life on an empty stomach… and i’m so glad i stopped trying to 🤍

healing looked like letting myself enjoy the little things again… yummy wraps, sweet treats, dinner with people i love, and not overthinking every bite. learning to build meals that actually satisfy me with healthy fats, good portions, and sometimes fries on the side! ✨

a full life includes full plates, full laughs, and full moments with the people you love! food isn’t something to earn, it’s something that fuels the life you deserve to live. 🫶

i stopped trying to be “less” and started living more.
food is fuel, not fear 💕

Spent my day off from school visiting Saint Ann’s School, and it was the best experience! 💗

I had the opportunity to give an assembly for the upper school focusing on self-confidence, self-worth, and mental health, sharing why these conversations are so important for our generation. I also got to share my involvement with the Miss America organization, and how everyone can serve the community in their own way!

After the assembly, I visited the preschoolers and first graders where I read A Bad Case of Stripes and talked about confidence, belonging, and why being yourself is always enough. The hugs, smiles, and little voices telling me they didn’t want me to leave were the sweetest part of the day! 🥹

Moments like these are exactly why I created Glow with Gianna! To encourage my generation to build a positive relationship with themselves and remember that their worth is never defined by appearance or comparison.

My heart is so full after today, thank you so much Saint Ann’s for having me! ✨

a haunted house, but the real scares have nothing to do with ghosts. 👻

sometimes the scariest things are the expectations we place on ourselves, the comments we hear from others, and the idea that we have to look or live a certain way to feel good about ourselves.

with halloween here, consider this your reminder that enjoying treats doesn’t require guilt, carbs aren’t something to fear, and your worth isn’t determined by how your clothes fit or how you perform.

you deserve to enjoy the little things in life without overthinking them. whether that’s eating your favorite halloween candy, taking a rest day, or simply being comfortable with who you are.

this halloween, let’s make the things that actually scare us a little less powerful.

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you build. 💕

If I could give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be to stop waiting for the day I finally felt “good enough” to start living my life.

The truth is, confidence doesn’t come from having the perfect appearance, the most friends, or the most accomplishments. It comes from learning to appreciate yourself exactly as you are, while giving yourself room to grow.

Here are 3 things I’d start doing today if I wanted to become more confident.

What’s one thing that’s helped you build your confidence? 🤭

the sweetest little october afternoon 🍯🍂

spent the day at peddler’s village with friends, checking out mama hawk’s café, taste-testing lots of honey at sticky situations, and enjoying all the little things that make fall so special! 🤎

a little reminder that taking care of your mental health can look like slowing down, spending time with people who make you happy, and simply being present in the moment. sometimes, it’s the little moments that mean the most 🤗

So grateful to have been part of the Aurora Sun Counseling ribbon cutting!

It meant so much to represent Glow With Gianna and continue spreading awareness about mental health, confidence, and the importance of supporting those in treatment. I’m especially thankful that we were able to create affirmation cards filled with encouragement and positivity for kids in treatment centers.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped make the cards, wrote thoughtful messages, and contributed to this project. Every small reminder of hope and kindness can make a difference. 🤍

Congratulations to Aurora Sun Counseling on this exciting new chapter, and thank you for allowing me to be part of such a meaningful day!

here’s a different take on this trend…

this girl woke up one day and decided enough was enough.

instead of changing everything about myself to become someone new, i chose to recover.

i chose to stop letting food, comparison, and the mirror control my life. i chose to get my energy back, my personality back, my relationships back, and most importantly, my glow back.

because my worth was never dependent on a number, a mirror, or how small i could make myself.

sometimes changing your life doesn’t mean becoming someone new. sometimes it means finding your way back to yourself 🤍

NEW EPISODE 🎙️

“Hidden in Plain Sight” is out now.

In this episode of The Glow Diaries, I’m joined by Jason Wood, Executive Director of ANAD and author of Starving for Survival, for a conversation about the struggles people do not always see.

We talk about the stereotypes surrounding eating disorders, especially the idea that they only affect girls, and why so many people can be struggling while still appearing completely fine on the outside.

We also talk about stigma, recovery, opening up, and what it can look like to take that first step toward getting help.

Such an important conversation, and one I hope helps challenge the way we think about who can struggle.

Listen now on Spotify and glowwithgianna.com 💕

unfiltered friday! 🤭

it’s been a little while since i’ve done an unfiltered friday post, but we’re SO back.

i just got my senior pictures back, and looking through them made me realize how much has changed over the past few years, especially in the way i see myself.

when i look at this photo, i don’t immediately think about how my body looks. i think about how strong i’ve become and everything my body allows me to do. swimming, strength training, competing, long days, and all of the things i get to experience because my body is strong enough to carry me through them.

there was a time when i thought confidence would come from being smaller. now, i find so much more confidence in feeling strong, capable, and proud of what my body can DO instead of focusing on what it looks like.

and maybe the crown makes this picture feel a little extra fitting, because one of the biggest things i’ve learned is that real confidence comes from owning who you are, not trying to make yourself smaller. 🤍
