🥶 First wild river swim of the season & it was a shock, took me ages to get in. Nearly bottled it, but once in I felt totally amazzzing 🥰 The water is quite peaty & makes your skin so soft 👌🏻 Sooo good to remember that the anticipation of something challenging is something to move through quickly rather than dwell inside. I dicked around for about 20mins because I thought it was to cold… doh! 🤦🏼‍♀️ #wildriver #wildswimmingscotland #wimhof #iceman_hof #summervibes #needawetsuitasap #energywork #cleansingwater by @goabitfurther
This ewes fleece was absolutely gorgeous & her lamb was a cutie. I do love sheep 🥰 most of the lambs up here are looking super solid 💪🏻 #sheeplove #scotishhighlands #scotishblackface by @goabitfurther
Night after night of stunning sunsets. Super grateful. #timeisnow #stargazer #sunsetlovers #scotlandexplore #summersolstice by @goabitfurther

🪶 Baby Buzzards 🪶 I’ve been watching the parents build a nest for months & whilst I’ve been away they had 3 babies. It was amazing to see the family last night. The babies are massive, one of them is resting. #buzzard #birdofprey #buzzardwatch #springwatch #scotishhighlands #wildlifelovers by @goabitfurther
One single poppy 😍 Last night was such a beautiful evening, decompressing from a 10hr drive from Wiltshire to Scotland. I love being outside at dusk, exploring or just sitting. Listening, watching & feeling all the subtle changes in nature as the sun sets. It never fails to make me feel peaceful & grateful. Puts all the fuckery of life back into perspective & helps me get really quiet inside so I can find me again. ☺️ #sunsetlover #naturelover #duskmagic #scotlandphotography #conciousliving #lucidinthedream #higherselfconnection by @goabitfurther
It was all kinds of magic. The crop was all the colours of the rainbow. ✨🌾 #scotlandlove #sunsetlover #naturelovers by @goabitfurther
🤍 Well worth 6 days wait! This is Percy 😜 he’s been teasing me for a week with that tail & his ghost like presence. He’s very illusive, you blink and he’s disappeared in a green garden 🤯 incredible. He sings at 10pm, 2am & 4.30am… I’ve forgiven him because he’s just so beautiful. #cockofthewalk #gratefulheart #whitepeacock #spiritualgangster #spiritguide #coctails by @goabitfurther
I think this just might be one of the very best bits of video I’ve ever taken. The journey of my life feels like striving to be like this green plant. It’s fully surrendered to the flow of the river. They are in complete union. 💩🎪 For most of my life I have been trying to move against the flow of the river, trying to swim upstream, trying to redirect it. It’s exhausting & leaves me feeling frustrated & under the illusion that large portions of my life have been a shit show. ✨ I’ve been on a journey of surrendering to the flow of the river #universe for quite a few years now. Determined to unlearn everything I thought I knew about myself & life. It’s highly uncomfortable, and speckled with grief & fear. But gradually letting go of everything that made up the false avatar I’ve been wearing to the world, is turning out to be the best thing I could ever do for myself & everyone around me. It puts the magic & awe back into life. —— 🌱 When I’m trying to control stuff, or I’m unhappy with how a situation is unfolding, fighting what ‘is’ - I’ve been watching this little vid. Coaching myself to be like the green plant, because whatever is happening, you can relax into trusting that’s it’s always just the river. #trusttheprocess #higherselfconnection #theuniversehasyourback #gratefulheart #dontpushshituphill #surrendertotheflow #riverlife #naturehippys #healingjourney #shitshowtoafterglow #spiritjunkie #soulguidance by @goabitfurther

It was hard to leave this house sit in the end. Being by the river & immersed in wildlife was just wonderful, I loved it. Every sit is completely different, and each one has been choc full of personal growth for me. Sometimes magical, sometimes horribly uncomfortable & unexpected. But all so welcome ✨❤️ #journeynotdestination #naturehealsthesoul #SSSI #housesittingadventures #trustedtales by @goabitfurther
A beautiful day to visit Avebury Stone Circle #unescoworldheritagesite it was quite busy, so I’m definitely going back one evening at sunset with a flask of tea 🥰 - Walked barefoot around the site and through the meadows. I bought my first crystal pendulum today @elementsofavebury - something I’ve been practicing using for almost a year now. My old one was homemade with dental floss, so quite the glow up. I chose a crystal based on how drawn to it I felt & it turned out to be perfectly matched to me & my intentions. Fancy that 🙃💫 My aunt is a Reiki Master practitioner and when I was a small child she would have me, my sis & cousins pulling tarot cards and chosing crystals before bed. Really special memories. #aveburystones #unesco #wiltshire #crystalenergy #crystalpendulum #trusttheuniverse #historynerd #aveburystonecircle #silburyhill by @goabitfurther
