There is ALWAYS a reason why IVF implantation failure happens! Here's the top 30 I look for before we do a transfer and after any failed transfer, or for all of my second-opinion cases who travel from across the country and the globe to get the best IVF whether it's their fifth try or their first .

Some of these are missed because no one ever looked.

Some of them are missed because the test wasn't done well or was misinterpreted.

Some are missed because things changed from when they were first done years ago.

The key is to ask the question.

Don't ever accept, "Well it was bad luck. Let's just keep trying the same thing over and over again." That's simply insanity. But the unproven "kitchen sink" protocol doesn't address these and can make implantation WORSE if it's the wrong treatment.

What's more ... this is just the start of the evaluation.

This has to be completely individualized and tailored to your unique situation.

If you've had a failed IVF or a failed implantation cycle, let me know in the comments: how many of these did you discuss with your doctor and how many did they look for?

There is nothing quite like receiving updates as the little ones grow up! One of the absolute sweetest parts of what we do is watching families flourish and celebrate life's big milestones over the years. Knowing we played a part in bringing these wonderful children into the world makes every single day worth it.

Thank you so much to the Goyco family for staying in touch, and sharing this joyful update with us!

High-volume fertility factory centers run on protocol templates with a goal of maximal # of cycles for them..

You get a stimulation plan, a retrieval date, and a transfer — often without anyone investigating why pregnancy hasn't happened. Plans from AI, cycle coordinators, and the "doctor of the day".

That's the difference our patients describe.

A personalized care plan means the workup comes first: metabolic assessment, insulin sensitivity, ovarian reserve in context, subtle uterine inflammation and tubal factors, male factor the full investigation before your single doctor writes a protocol. Unexplained infertility is so often an unfinished investigation.

It also means you understand your own body. Our patients leave consults knowing what their labs mean and what we're correcting, not just what to inject on which day.... and we make a health maxing plan not just an ivf churn.

"I felt truly seen, heard, and supported. Not just as a patient, but as a person."

If you're cycling through a system that hasn't stopped to explain your diagnosis, there is a better way and one single consultation is enough to see it.

Tele-consults available in almost every state and country.
