Spicy vodka sauce with chicken on sour dough ciabatta roll🌶️🥵🫓🤸‍♀️

Started these rolls with my sour dough starter and was very curious how these will turn out… the dough way more loose than I was used to but they turned out great! Very nice crust and good crumb inside. My dad and I fried chicken and then make spicy vodka sauce to make these sandwiches. One of my favorite meals🤭 by @gonecrunchyavery

Being home means finally getting to experiment with recipes! Makes it much easier to try things when you have 8 people to eat it. So far I’ve made creamy garlic Parmesan pasta, blueberry lemon streusel muffins, baked crispy tacos, and chicken parm sandwiches on sourdough focaccia by @gonecrunchyavery

Flower dough! First time using my new le creuset for my bday🥖🥖⏲️ When I tell you I giggled so hard when I took this out of the oven, the one side puffing up was just perfect. Fun lil experiment that I got to give to my friend savannah when I met her new baby! by @gonecrunchyavery

Christmas tree sourdough for friends🎄🎅☃️❄️⛸️ by @gonecrunchyavery

I honestly haven’t been making stuff as often as I’d like so a few weeks ago I asked a friend for an idea of something new to try and he said biscuits. Took me a while to get to it but I was very excited to try it. Think he prob would’ve liked how these turned out.

My butter was super frozen and cold to make sure these turned out flaky. This dough is so crumbly so it’s kind of fun to mix together with your hands. I wasn’t sure what height to roll my dough to and initially made it too thin. I tried stacking two so I could make it a sandwich easier later. Totally ended up working which I was surprised by.

Since it was close to lunch time, I decided to make it into the whataburger classic breakfast. I whipped up the butter, honey, and powdered sugar — it was fantastic. Usually I’d want to fry my own chicken but truthfully didn’t have the energy to do that and didn’t want to wash more dishes. Overall easy to make and would love to try again by @gonecrunchyavery

Gnocchi🥔

This was a recipe I was completely unprepared for and decided to make on impulse. Turned out pretty well and it was a fun little project but man I wish I had a potato ricer. The sauce was wonderful and easy, will make again. Thankful my roommate brooke is Italian and makes this with her grandma, had so much wisdom to impart. Want to try again soon by @gonecrunchyavery

Blueberry sourdough loaf!🫐🫐
My sweet friend @madilyn_gp picked these blueberries fresh and asked if I had time to whip this up. It was my first time adding something to the dough while fermenting. Loved how it turned out and how yummy the blueberries were! by @gonecrunchyavery
