Stay inspired!

I love learning how to bake or cook something new. Every time I learn something new it’s like I got an upgrade! 😂😍 I love to share with the world to hopefully inspire or even make a person’s day better! Continuing to Thrive to sustain a healthy lifestyle & share as well. Helps me stay active with working out so I can continue to enjoy all the inspired food and desserts! by @goodylicious

Pep in my steps lately! I didn’t get a before pic. But the pic on the left in blue is already 2 weeks in on this journey. Pic on the right is 7 weeks in today! And this pic is after my shakes and lunch already. You’ve been asking for a pic, I needed to take a pic before I forget 😂 no filters. I’ve been making sure I hit my macros, hydrating and getting my workouts in double time. Hard work paying off. Down 16 lbs, from size large to medium. Even my lululemons are loose now, sizing back down to 6! Feeling good thanks to our Thrive 3 steps and peppy! Investing in ME. Vitamins fueling my body and keeping a happy healthy mind body and soul 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️💖 Happy Fall Y’all! lol 🧡🧡🧡🤎🤎🤎 #investinyou #thriveexperience #peptalk #thrive3steps #pepinmystep by @goodylicious

Week one Thrive 3 steps and P€Ps! 6 down just in week 1! I’ve been loving it. No snacking or bloat! Eating clean, feeling good and slimmer. Taking my vitamins is the best with it. Giving my body what it needs!! Only getting older, gotta take care of ourselves #longevity #LVRX #LEVELRX by @goodylicious
