🎃🦃🎄 The holidays are right around the corner, and with them come all the foods we love! ❤️ Halloween candy, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas cookies, pies, casseroles, and all those favorite family recipes we look forward to every year. One thing I’ve learned on my own wellness journey is that you don’t have to choose between enjoying the holidays and taking care of your health. And you don’t have to feel guilty about enjoying the foods you love, either! For me, cravings and late night snacking were some of my biggest struggles. Finding a routine that I could stick with has made a difference in how I approach my choices, and my Body Balancing Drops have been part of my personal journey. 💧 That’s why I think NOW is such a good time to start building healthy habits instead of waiting until January to start over again! It’s about making better choices when we can, finding balance, staying active, and still enjoying those special moments with family and friends. ❤️ You don’t have to skip the Thanksgiving pie or feel like you’ve ruined everything because you enjoyed your favorite foods. Have a slice, enjoy it, and keep moving forward! 🥧 If you’ve been curious about the Drops I use and how they’ve fit into my wellness journey, I’d love to share my personal experience with you! 💚 Let’s head into the holidays feeling good about the choices we’re making without feeling like we have to miss out on all the good stuff! Tell me… what’s ONE holiday food you just can’t do without? ❤️ For me, it’s pie and holiday cookies! #HolidayWellness #HealthyHabits #BalanceNotRestriction #MyWellnessJourney #BodyBalancingDrops by @gracegetsmethere
✨ Same woman. Different habits. Different confidence. We recently spent a week out of state for vacation to see my daughter, son in law, and grandson! We did A LOT of walking!!👟 56,616 steps in a week may not seem like much to a lot of you! But, for this stay at home mom who normally gets in (on average) 2,100 steps a day…this amount in a week was huge for me! 🙌🎉 And the biggest thing I noticed was, I DIDN’T HURT!! And I wasn’t dying by the end of the day! Even the day where I did 21,450 steps IN A SINGLE DAY…I wasn’t feeling like I was going to fall over! I give credit to the amazing ALL NATURAL products I’ve been taking for over a year and a half now!🌿 I do not exercise on a regular basis (although I need to change that) so for me, this was huge!! Message me for more info on what I’m doing and how the same thing could help you!! #healthgoals #walkingforfitness by @gracegetsmethere

💚 You take care of EVERYONE… but are you taking care of YOU? The kids. The dog. Work. The never-ending to-do list. 😅 Your wellness deserves a spot on that list too. 🙌🏼 Keep it simple: build your routine, drink your water, make better food choices, and stay consistent. 💦 Curious where these products fit in? 👏🏼 Sarah Weaver — what a journey! 🔥 The transformation may catch your attention, but the biggest wins go far beyond what you see in the picture. ✨ More confidence 💚 Better habits 🙌🏼 A fresh start Sometimes deciding to make yourself a priority changes more than you expected. In the busyness of life…it was soo nice to just relax and have some time to see such beauty. This was one of two places where I got to take in some of God’s beautiful creation! We did a decent amount of walking and there was a pretty steep hill that we had to climb! I was able to do it all and I wasn’t in pain that night!! I have been working on my health and I’m thankful for days like this! Where I can do the hiking and all the walking WITHOUT pain during or after!! Message me if you want to know what I’m doing to help make days like this possible! #gardens #healthyliving #hikingadventures by @gracegetsmethere
