POSTS STORIES REELS

This is the start of my life’s work 🐉

Back in 2017 I started talking about “my island retreat center.” If you went to USF with me or sat next to me in chiropractic school, you probably heard me talk about it 🥹. Many years later it’s real..

Belize Yoga & Wellness Retreat 2027 🌴
April 30 – May 7, 2027 · 7 nights, 8 days

Everything I’ve studied led me here. Exercise science, my doctorate, NET, acupuncture, Five Element theory, yoga, breath, learning from the people, food and plant medicine of Belize. Every class, seminar and patient was getting me ready for this week 🫶

🐉 3 nights in the jungle at Mystic River Resort in Cayo
🐉 Caracol Maya ruins, a sound bath inside Rio Frio Cave + swimming the Rio On Pools
🐉 Fresh tropical fruit at the San Ignacio market 🥭🍍
🐉 4 nights at Treetops, right on the beach on Caye Caulker, the island I call home
🐉 Snorkeling Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley with the turtles and rays 🐢
🐉 Daily yoga + breathwork and an evening mindfulness ritual
🐉 A 60-minute treatment with me: acupuncture, emotional release, organ work or fascial release
🐉 Sunset sail + farewell dinner 🌅
🐉 And we fly out on our own private plane over the Caribbean Sea ✈️ (still can’t believe that one)
+ sooo much more goodness sprinkled within 🐒

Thank you @journeyingwithjamie for assisting with booking 🤍 Only 10 spots available.

And this is just the first one. More and more retreats outside the US are coming 🌎

To my teachers, mentors, and friends, thank you. So much of what I’ll share on this trip came from you. To everyone that believed in me and helped make this dream a reality… THANK YOU. 🌎🌍🌏

Really sticking to my values, who I am to who I give a chance to. These guys out here really claiming they want a relationship but can barely hold a conversation. 🧐

So far no one has been able to keep up conversations with me 😒 but at least I’m trying. 💖

Technology is literally sometimes a miracle. I went to the library to do yoga this morning, parking was closed because of the trending markets, so I decided to go to the park and call up @quantum_hippie to see if he can lead a private class. He jumped on and lead it with no questions asked! Felt so at peace at the end, gratitude for being at the park and being lead by a great yoga teacher 🙏

Still single and almost ready to mingle 💃😂💖

But no for real I’m actually pushing myself to be more upfront, clear communication, being myself, and paying attention to flags 🚩🟩
