With the routes of both races - the Giro d’Italia and Tour de France now revealed, we're looking forward to an incredible 2027 season as the only official tour operator for both Grand Tours! But first, let's talk about those Giro routes. MEN'S GIRO D’ITALIA 2027 📏 21 stages | 3,418.9 km | 50,250 m of climbing 🇮🇹 Grand Départ in Trieste, a visit to Slovenia and a grand finale in Rome. ⛰️ Stage 16: Mortirolo TWICE, with the legendary Gavia in between. 192 km of Alpine suffering! 🔥 Stage 20: Monte Zoncolan returns for a potentially decisive showdown. ⏱️ Two time trials and plenty of opportunities for tactical surprises. Could the Giro be decided before the final mountains? 🚴‍♀️ GIRO D’ITALIA WOMEN 2027 📏 9 stages | 1,132 km | 17,450 m of climbing 🏔️ The real Alps are calling! Two summit finishes, including Passo della Presolana and Madesimo-Passo dello Spluga. ⏱️ An uphill time trial with 650 m of climbing in just 11 km! 🏔️ A spectacular Monte Bianco finale: 132 km with 3,950 m of elevation gain. The Maglia Rosa could be decided on the very last day! But where will the races really be won? We asked our CEO Uri Martins, former pro cyclist and Tour Manager Daniele Ratto, and Italian Trip Leader Nicola to share their insights on the men's route, from the decisive stages to the tactics that could change everything. 🔗 Read our latest blog for their expert analysis and highlights of both routes. More mountain passes, spontaneous coffee stops, ridiculous climbs and conversations that last for kilometres. Less screen time and fewer reasons to say “maybe next year”. Here’s to making more room for the things that make us feel alive. Preferably on two wheels. Proof that suffering can be photogenic. Throwback to our September Switzerland to Mont Ventoux tour, where the views almost made you forget the gradient. 😅 The kind of trip where you collect legendary cols, tick climbs off your bucket list, and start thinking about the next one before your legs have even recovered. 📸: @chrismonettephotography #GrandToursProject #MontVentoux #ColDuGalibier #CyclingAdventures #RoadCycling by @grandtoursproject
Three countries in three days. 71 km against the clock. And a brutal final week in the Pyrenees! 🚴 The Tour de France 2027 route is out: 21 stages, 3,479 km and 53,450 m of climbing from Edinburgh to Paris. We asked our former pro cyclists Uri, Marco and Nicola for their first impressions. Here’s what caught their attention: 🇬🇧 The Grand Départ: Scotland, England and Wales in three days, with the team presentation at Edinburgh Castle. Nicola can’t wait for the British cycling crowds! ⛰️ The Alps: Stage 9 finishes on Grand Colombier — a challenging finale for our Week 1 REK riders. Then Stage 11 packs nearly 5,000 m of climbing into 150 km, finishing at Les Saisies. Marco’s favourite: «A wild, lesser-known landscape, just the way I like it.» ⏱️ The time trials: 71 km in total — could this give Remco Evenepoel an advantage over Pogačar? 🔥 The Pyrenees: Stage 18 features the Soulor, Tourmalet and Hourquette d’Ancizan before finishing on Col du Portet at 2,215 m. Uri’s prediction? «That’s where it will be decided.» 🏁 Paris: The Champs-Élysées and Montmartre await on 25 July! Which week would YOU ride? The group chat has one job: get everyone on a bike in 2027🚴 Pick your people, choose your mountains, and make the kind of plans you’ll still be talking about years later. Tag the friends who need to stop saying “we should do this” and actually book the trip! #GrandToursProject #CyclingAdventures #RideTogether #CyclingHolidays #CyclingFriends by @grandtoursproject

Last weekend, our L’Eroica & Chianti Tour came to an end — and what a way to finish 🇮🇹🚴 Thousands of cyclists on pre-1980s bikes, classic cycling kit everywhere, Chianti vineyards, beautiful villages and those famous white gravel roads around Gaiole and Radda. L’Eroica is part cycling challenge, part celebration, and completely unlike anything else on two wheels. Hard, beautiful, slightly mad — and ridiculously good fun. Cycling gives us something that’s increasingly hard to find: time to be fully present 🚴 Not every part of a great ride can be measured in kilometres, watts or elevation. Sometimes it’s the breath you find on a climb, the thoughts that become clearer along the way, the landscape you finally stop to notice, or a few encouraging words from the person riding beside you. A reminder to occasionally forget the numbers and simply be there for the ride. What does cycling give you that you don’t find anywhere else? 📸: @bikefilms77 #GrandToursProject #MindfulCycling #CyclingLife #RideMore #RoadCycling by @grandtoursproject
