Atmospheric track photos with @asheragency and @indianatech. So much fun to get the freedom to look for interesting shots. by @grantbeachy

@meganmmock in the studio, and I love how this session worked out. by @grantbeachy

I’ve never photographed rugby before, so it was really cool for @asheragency and @indianatech to give me a chance to try and make it look like art. by @grantbeachy

Ella is a senior, and we found some neat light on one of the best evenings of the year. by @grantbeachy

I’m usually low key about my expectations from creative ventures, but this feedback from @samjaeger regarding our submission of Marlee X to @maumee_filmfestival made me tear up a bit. I don’t know why, but filmmaking has always felt like something other people do. I’ve never understood films that well. I have enough adhd that can barely sit though them, and I was fairly certain I would not be able to concentrate long enough to finish one. I’m thankful that I was able to prove to myself that I could finish one and that @marcarpenter trusted me with an honest and vulnerable story. Also thanks to @leannejohnsonofficial for taking on the producer role and convincing me to submit Marlee X to festivals where I could get the chance to get feedback like this. Definitely a high in a year of extreme highs and lows, and I’ll always remember it. by @grantbeachy

Good day at the @maumee_filmfestival. Marlee X got Best Regional Short Film and @marcarpenter added a Best Actress in a Feature Film for another film at the fest. Really an honor to be there. Thanks to everyone who made the Maumee Film Festival great. Also thanks to @leannejohnsonofficial for seeing the potential in the film and being an excellent producer. Leanne, was the person who put her work in to get this film to festivals, and I couldn’t have done it without her. by @grantbeachy

@garminrunning marathon in Toledo was next level. Thanks to @toledocvb for having me out to capture a bit of it. See if you can catch the @brbrunclubohio crew at the end. by @grantbeachy

I found this in my drafts from last year. I think I didn’t post it cause mom wasn’t doing well and it was hard to think about it. Now it’s memories I glad I have. Life goes fast, and here we are, almost a year later. Hope you’re all doing well out there. by @grantbeachy

A few of the many angles at @toledomuseum. Some of the first photo work I got paid for was architecture and I still have the tilt/shift lenses to prove it. I don’t push it much anymore but I love the chance to find new ways to photograph structures that have been photographed thousands of times before. by @grantbeachy
