POSTS STORIES REELS
A lot of you are brand new here so we wanted to say hi! 👋 My husband Ryan and I (Chloë) opened this museum in February 2020, the collection is entirely stuff we’ve found through seeking out people who had a personal connection to the topics we cover in here ranging from true crime, cults, sideshow history, roadside Americana, UFOs, and secret societies. - The intention behind our museum is to create an environment where you can learn about these topics objectively and for us to share/archive the stories and people behind these artifacts. — At this point, most people know us for having the worlds largest Gacy collection, a lot of which is on display here in Savannah and some at our new Chicago location (@graveface_chicago). We’ve been working on a long form documentary about the Gacy case for years now focusing on all the unanswered questions surrounding the case, we now have evidence of additional victims as well as others who should have been held accountable for their involvement in the case. More updates on the documentary progress coming soon so stay tuned. We hope to see you soon! 🖤 C & R by @graveface_museum
HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!! 🎃 we hope you have a fangtastic, spooky Hallo-weekend and have spent time enjoying the best time of the year! Here is (most of) our staff across the various Graveface/Graveface Museum/Terror Vision operations as kiddos dressing up for Halloween… do you recognize anyone?! by @graveface_museum
Halloween week is upon us and the staff is bringing out the deep cut museum inspired costumes this year 🎃 Annette and Sophia dressed up as Homer Tate and Fish Girl— Fish Girl is one of the star pieces made by gaff artist Homer Tate, made from his dead cat’s teeth, his wife’s hair and the arm of a mummified turtle. Fish Girl and many of his other creations live in the first room of our museum. Reminder, costumes are allowed and encouraged this week/weekend 🤡🧙‍♂️💀👹 by @graveface_museum
This news piece on the museum is one of the best ones yet! Sophia did beyond incredible with this—it’s not easy doing your job which involves talking about heavy and controversial stuff with a camera in your face and she absolutely nailed it!! ✨ Thank you for the coverage @wtoc11 🎃 by @graveface_museum
Freaks appreciation apparel has landed! Spotted at all three Graveface Museum locations ❤️‍🔥 scoop one up in person or online at gravefacemuseum.com/shop 📍 @graveface_chicago 📍 @graveface_eureka 📍 @graveface_museum Savannah by @graveface_museum
I was in another documentary! Thank you again @crimeinvestigationuk for interviewing me about the Aileen Wuornos case, it’s one I could talk about all day. It was also refreshing to be asked questions that explore primarily the forgotten details, less-reported on nuances, system failures, and her personal background rather than the crimes she was found guilty of. I still haven’t seen the finished production so if you’re in the UK (or Canada) let me know how the rest of this is ✌️ by @graveface_museum
This one has been a long time in the works and tomorrow, Saturday October 3rd we will officially open Deranged: The Ed Gein Exhibit! This permanent installation will feature artifacts that have never been exhibited before (not even displayed in our Savannah museum). We will be open regular hours (12-7) and the owners/curators will be on site all day as guest docents to speak on the collection, artifacts, the case, and of course answer questions. 📍 Graveface Chicago, 1829 N Milwaukee Ave See you there and happy October! 🍂🪦 by @graveface_museum
Happy October! It’s finally the best month of the year 🍂🎃 come say hi! We’re open 12-7 Thursday - Sunday and 12-5 pm Monday. We also offer after hours tours on Saturday nights (available to book on gravefacemuseum.com) by @graveface_museum
SURPRISE!!! I spent last night installing a brand new exhibit featuring about 15 super new-to-us, original artifacts up in our true crime room and this just went live ✨today✨! Here’s a very small sneak peek at some of those pieces, not going to spoil the item tied to the last slide though, I’m just glad to have a reason to talk about that case more… 👀 Behind the scenes of the collection acquisition and my curation process videos are on Patreon for anyone who is feeling impatient! by @graveface_museum
Our first Afterlife Tour last night was great and October is already sold out! Thank you all for booking and for attending. We still offer private after hours tours of the museum every Saturday night✨🕯️ Book ➡️ gravefacemuseum.com/after-hours by @graveface_museum
Most chaotic painting method ever 👺 come say hi to us! 📍53 N. Main st. Eureka Springs, AR by @graveface_museum
Life is so short. There are reminders everywhere, everyday (especially here) but some reminders more unfair and difficult than others. Be good to one another, this is literally it. Grateful for you all 🖤 by @graveface_museum
