One last UPLIFT this year. For this edition I want to strip things back even more, in search of your own way into movement. Rhythm, repetition & foundations are always present. I’ll guide the process, but there’ll be plenty of space to explore, notice what feels natural, and build from there. Suitable for all levels. We start this Sunday. Nov 1 — Dec 13 • Sundays 10:00-12:00 6 spots remaining. Let’s finish the year more connected🖤 -Mantas by @gravitystockholm
