10 years in, and there’s still a lot of building to do. 🏗️

Great States Construction turns 10 this year. We’ve come a long way since the beginning, and we’re not planning on slowing down anytime soon.

Over the next few weeks, we’re celebrating the people and work that have shaped Great States so far, along with a look at what’s ahead.

This is just the beginning. by @greatstatesconstruction

To build an L.L.Bean, you must become one with L.L.Bean. 🏕️

At least that’s what Kevin says… the rest of us have questions.

One thing we do know, @llbean is coming to @westacresmall in 2027! 🎣

“It’s for the kids.” 💙

Dunk tank? Check.

$11,464 raised for local kids and families? CHECK!

Great States Construction and Collective brought the fun to their workplace campaign, bringing coworkers together to give back to our community.

Thanks for showing us how it’s done! 💙 #UnitedIsTheWay by @greatstatesconstruction

From the ground up, The Setting is starting to look a lot more like The Setting.

The six-story building reached full height in August, and crews are now making progress on the exterior facade while work continues on the conservatory and interior systems.

There’s still plenty ahead before summer 2027, but we’re excited to see this project continue to take shape.

In the Great States Club, we all fam. 🫶

A few concerts, a few games, and a whole lot of action later, the GSC Club is settling in pretty nicely at @Scheels Arena.

Safe to say, we’re pretty happy with how this one turned out and can’t wait to take on the rest of the season! 🏒

A few favorites from this year’s tournament, straight from the disposable camera roll. 📸⛳️

Plus some bonus office content that nobody asked for but has us seriously considering a making them be in a 2027 calendar. Who’s feeling like a March?🍀

Until next year!

We may not be influencers, but we know how to work a job site. 💅🏼🦺

Construction is about more than putting up walls and pouring concrete. It’s about creating the places where people live, work, gather, and make memories.

That’s what we’re celebrating during National Construction Appreciation Week. The people behind the work who turn ideas into something real and help build the places that make our communities what they are.

Behind every finished space is a team of people who made it happen, and we’re proud to be part of that work.

Here’s to the people who build what’s next. 👏 by @greatstatesconstruction

Big projects need great people.

We’re looking for our next teammates across the Midwest and Mountain West, with open roles in commercial construction and multifamily.

Some things are better before you know what’s coming. 🤾💦

Our @unitedwaycassclay dunk tank fundraiser did not disappoint.

Five of our team members took the plunge, and judging by the replay, some of the participants had a little too much fun with it. 🥎

Thanks to our staff for being cool with a little good-natured chaos for a good cause!

What we build is a reflection of who we are.

Great States has been nominated for @Prairie Business’ 50 Best Places to Work, and we’re honored to see our team recognized.

The people behind Great States are what make this company what it is. Their expertise, dedication, and willingness to show up for one another shape the work we do and the culture we’ve created along the way.

We’re grateful for the people who make Great States a place we’re proud to be part of, and we’re excited to be included among this year’s nominees.

Thank you to @gfherald for the recognition!
