Hero the color BLUE 💙
Blue is for Greece. For me there is nothing more blue than Greece. Blue sky, Blue sea, Blue flag. I got my inspiration for this recipe and the blue photo shooting from the Greek flag.
.
The white and blue flag of Greece has nine stripes that represent the nine syllables of the phrase "Freedom or Death" (E-le-fthe-ri-a i Tha-na-tos in Greek), the motto of the Greek Revolution of 1821. The blue and white colors have been identified as the traditional colors of Greece: blue symbolizes the sky and the sea, white symbolizes the clouds and the waves.
.
March 25th is the National Independence day of Greece. I want to dedicate this post to people that are fighting for their rights, for freedom and to the dreamers like me that are picturing peace all over humanity.
.
Greeks around the world are eating Cod with Skordalia for March 25th. It is a tradition. I cooked cod too, but I decided to cook it with my fresh pasta that I made for the first time for that photoshooting.
.
You can find more pictures of that set and the recipe at greekandsimple.com. If someone would like to check it out and give me feedback, I would love it. Link in stories for your convenience.
.

Hello April.

A moment between creation and indulgence — where a cake becomes a painting, and sweetness turns into play.

Some stories are meant to be tasted, not just seen.
