Running help me grow into my best self. I love running because it not only grants me valuable personal time, but also teaches me that failure is often a prerequisite for success. Marathons really represent life - they come with ups and downs. Sometimes you hit a wall, sometimes everything flows smoothly, sometimes you achieve a personal best, and other times you might face a DNF (Did not finish).
That's why TEAM QUARO feels home to me. My current situation matches your slogan perfectly :Never Give Up. I've wanted to run a great marathon for a long time, and I want to make it happen by hitting my personal best in Tokyo, one of my favorite cities. My training routine involves a lot of failures, but I've kept my chin up. In the days to come, I'm going to prove my strength. Not to show off, but simply to remind myself that I am worth every bit of it.

長大後才發現，最讓人睡不著的，從來不是「做錯了什麼」，而是「當初為什麼沒有試試看」。踏出舒適圈的每一步，哪怕跌倒了，都是在往前。因為「什麼都沒做」，才是人生最大的風險。

I truly love running because it is the time when I can always find myself. It's give me a great space to think thought my upcoming work and decide which tasks to prioritize. As a mother of three, time management is absolutely essential for me. I would love to be a part of TEAM QUARO because I am deeply in love with Tokyo; the people there are incredibly warm and friendly. Plus, QUARO's coffee gives me a perfect little escape to unwind during my busy day.

I have been running for about ten years, but I only started more formal training after having my childrens. I believe that I shouldn't give all of my time to my kids. I need to have my own time to do what I love, which ultimately allows me to take better care of my family.

Sketchers Friendship Walk and Run Malaysia 2026
21km Women's Open, 3rd Placing
1:38:21 🥉 (Slightly under distance 200m)

Once again thank @skechersmalaysia @lee_teck_wai for the opportunity and arrangements for selected me as one of the potential elite runners for this event. Very well organized event, all the road mark was very clear. I choose SKETCHES SKX Aero Razor to race my 21km this time. This is not carbon plate shoe but the light weight and the energy return surprisingly help me perform better in the race. At last 2km I was able to maintain my speed although my heart rate already maximum. Thank you and DAI DAI ❤️
