✨ Choosing to care for yourself is the first act of self-love.

Lymphatic drainage massage goes beyond physical care. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with your body, stimulate circulation, reduce fluid retention, and work with the subtle energy bodies to release energetic blockages and bring more lightness and balance. 🌿

💚 Your body holds stories and deserves to be nurtured with love and presence.

✨ Book your session and allow yourself to experience this journey of self-care and reconnection.

Rose Light: The Multidimensional Frequency of the Heart✨

In my spiritual experience, Rose Light is not associated with a single stellar origin, but with a connection to all Star Beings of Light, including Pleiadian, Arcturian, and Sirian energies, along with the loving presence of Mother Mary and the Divine Feminine.

This brings a beautiful dimension to my healing work.

Rose Light represents the union of these different expressions of light through one symbolic frequency: the love that reconnects us with the essence of our being.

Each petal represents a layer of the heart, where we hold memories, experiences, fears, pain, and also our inner wisdom.

In my meditative practice, the opening of these petals symbolizes a process of acceptance, awareness, and inner transformation.
Pink represents love and compassion.

Orange represents creative power, vitality, and transformation.

Violet represents spiritual transmutation and the expansion of consciousness.
And the center of the rose represents the return to our true essence.❤️

Tameana is an energy harmonization practice that uses quartz crystals, sacred geometry, and symbols associated with vibrational frequencies.
The method was developed by Juan Manuel Giordano and is presented as a spiritual approach to connecting with universal energy and consciousness.
How Does Tameana Work?
Within this practice, crystals are used to support energetic balance and encourage states of relaxation, presence, and inner connection.
Practitioners associate Tameana with:
Harmonizing the chakras and the energy field.

Emotional balance and a sense of inner peace.

Symbolic release of limiting beliefs and patterns.

Expansion of consciousness and self-awareness.

Connection with the heart and the energy of love.

🌹 Rose Light | The Frequency of the Heart

During my meditations and multidimensional healing practices with Tameana and quartz crystals, I received a very special frequency: Rosa Luz ( Rose light )

A Divine Feminine frequency that works through the layers of our hearts, where we hold memories, fears, and traumas.

Like a rose blooming, its petals gently unfold, allowing these memories to be embraced and transformed.

It is a profound process of reconnecting with our essence, bringing lightness, calm, peace, and balance.

✨ My desire is to share this frequency with you as an invitation to return to your center, dissolve illusions, and rediscover the truth that lives within your heart. 🌹 by @greenstarnyc

Therapy is not magic. It is self-discovery, awareness, and transformation.✨

Therapy invites you to look within, embrace your pain, acknowledge your emotions, and transform repeating patterns.

Sometimes, it is through your deepest pain that you discover a strength you never knew existed within you.

By recognizing limiting beliefs and inherited family patterns, you expand your awareness and free yourself to choose the life you truly want to live.

Transformation begins when you decide to look within.

There are many therapeutic paths. I offer Sonic Healing, an experience of connection and self-discovery.
