Designed and built this cute little home from the ground up, and I couldn’t resist sharing a little sneak peek before the professional photoshoot and the full reveal! 🤍🙏🏼🫶🏼

4 months to build. Just 3 months to secure all permits through LADBS.

From an idea on paper to a beautiful finished home. Every little detail was thoughtfully designed, and I can’t wait to share the final result! 🏡✨

Full reveal coming soon! 🤍 by @greg_romin

Being friends for over 15 years, don’t see one another every day but we are only a call away 🫶🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼 by @greg_romin

I refuse to dye my gray hair or beard! 👨🏼‍🦳😂
Some call it aging… I call it limited edition, salt & pepper, premium packaging. 😎🔥
Besides, why would I pay to cover up what life n God gave me for FREE? 🤣
Aging like fine wine… with a little extra seasoning! 🍷🧂😂 💯

As a #developer, I currently have 20 homes in the pipeline in the City of @burbankca
Developing at this scale means investing tens of millions of dollars, taking significant financial risk, creating housing, creating jobs, and committing years of your life to a community.
Unfortunately, my experience navigating Burbank’s building and development process has also come with significant challenges, delays, changing requirements, and obstacles that have made me seriously question whether I want to continue developing here once my current projects are completed.
I was recently invited to sit down with the members of the City team to discuss my projects, my experience, and my future plans for #Burbank.
What they may not realize yet is that, as of today, my plan is to complete the projects I already have underway and then take my future development investments elsewhere.
That said, I’m looking forward to the conversation.
I believe cities benefit when developers, elected officials, Building & Safety, Planning, Public Works, and the community can sit at the same table and have an open and constructive discussion about what is working—and what needs to improve.
I’ve invested heavily in Burbank because I believe in this city.
The question now is whether Burbank can convince me to keep building here.

More to come. #spechome #builder #realestate by @greg_romin
