8 weeks left. Maximize it!

Most people don’t remember their goals from January or are already mentally checked out for the year.

Leave the excuses in October. Forget the goals you missed.

You can’t change the first 10 months, but you can own the last 2.

Make one more call. Do one more rep. Watch less TV. Get off SM. You can accomplish more than you know in 8 weeks!

The way finish we finish is what separates champions!

Don’t wait for January to become who you’re meant to be.
Decide today. Then go get it!

Finish strong. 🔥 by @gregbowles

Tomorrow morning, you’ll wake up with everything you need to make it a great day.

A CHANCE and A CHOICE.

A chance to do something that moves the needle to the place you want to be

and

A choice to act on it.

You don’t need to feel motivated or have the perfect plan. You just need to decide what you’re going to do with the day you’ve been given.

Sometimes that means getting up early, doing the hard work, having the uncomfortable conversation, or keeping a promise to yourself when nobody’s watching.

Other times, it’s choosing gratitude over complaining, laughing a little more, or being fully present with the people you love.

Because building a great life isn’t just about doing hard things. It’s also about not missing the good things along the way.

Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed.

But if you get it, don’t waste it.

You’ve got a chance. You’ve got a choice. That’s enough.

Now go live like it matters. by @gregbowles

Hard post ahead.

After 10 great years, we had to say goodbye to Boo today.

To the end he wanted to be by our side smiling. Always on the lookout to make sure everyone was safe.

He was a part of the family. Summer road trips. Our almost-daily bison steak. Hunting and fishing adventrues. Wrestling sessions on the floor. My favorite memories is how much he loved @tiffany_bowles21 and the girls. He was strong when they needed him to be and gentle when it mattered most, curling up in bed with them for hours.

Plenty of our friends have pit bulls now because they met Boo. That’s a great legacy.

Thank you, Jesus, for the blessing of a great dog. by @gregbowles

If you’re looking for a physical goal to work toward, @spartan has an option for everyone, no matter your experience or fitness level! 💪

If you have even the slightest interest, DM me and let’s talk!

The best part of these weekends isn’t just the race itself, but the community. Racers, volunteers, and fans all cheering each other on and pushing one another to be better. That’s what makes it so special!

This makes year 6 doing it with @bryn_0327 the best race partner around. 🤟🏻
Thanks for the support @tiffany_bowles21 🫶🏻

Racing pigs, jumping dogs, fried food, and time with @tiffany_bowles21 ! The fair day was a win! by @gregbowles

Amazing weekend in Tucson with @tiffany_bowles21 this past weekend at the @theseedcompany yearly update event.
We can open our Bibles whenever we want. This weekend was a reminder of what a gift that is—and how easily we take it for granted.
Thank you, Seed Company, for inviting us to be part of Bible translation and the work your doing.
One number shared with us was hard to grasp: more than 500 language groups still don’t have a single word of Scripture in their own language. Thousands more have only portions.
Behind those numbers are people. Families. Communities waiting to hear the good news of Jesus in the language that speaks to their hearts.
We’ve been given so much. What a privilege to help make that same gift available to others.
Grateful for the translators, local churches, and partners faithfully doing this work. And grateful for the invitation to join them through prayer, generosity, and a shared desire to see God’s Word reach every language.

Pretty amazing weekend.
Date weekend with @tiffany_bowles21 and friends is always the best.
Two @deka.fit races — a PR and a great co-ed time with @fearlessfitmom ! Worlds 2026 is in the hunt. We’ll find out in a few weeks. 🙏
Great morning at @cfcmansfield
Lifegroup kickoff at our house with some of the most amazing people I know.
But honestly, #4 is probably the one that means the most to me.
For a lot of years, Tiffany and I didn’t really have a lot of what we would call close friends. We wanted it. We prayed for it. We waited for it. We tried different things. And if I’m being honest, there were times I wondered if it was going to happen.

Then, almost all at once, God started doing something I couldn’t have planned or manufactured.

He gave us people.

People who know us, love us, challenge us, laugh with us, pray with us, and show up.

And it’s easy to look at something like that now and forget how long we prayed for it.

So if you’re in a season of waiting right now, don’t lose hope.

I don’t know how long it’s going to take. I don’t know what God is going to do or what it will look like.

But I do know this: He is faithful.

And sometimes, when He finally moves, you look back and realize he was doing something deeper than you could see.

122 days remain in 2026.
That’s 88 weekdays and 34 weekend days.
It could also be:
70 workouts that make you stronger.
35 phone-free dinners with the people you love.
More than 20 hours spent praying and listening to God.

We tend to write off the end of the year and promise ourselves we’ll start again on January 1.

But four months is A LOT of OPPORTUNITY!

You don’t need to change everything tomorrow. Stop wasting the days you’ve been given.

Small decisions, repeated consistently, can create enormous change.

You could enter January stronger, closer to your family, clearer in your purpose and deeper in your faith—not because of one dramatic moment, but because you chose to make today count.

Don’t wait for a new year to begin becoming the person God is calling you to be.

Start today.

If you’re ready to make meaningful progress but need greater clarity, a practical plan, and someone to hold you accountable, I’d love to help.

Through The Resolute Life, we coach men and business owners who want to grow with purpose in their faith, family, health, and work.

Send me a message with the word “RESOLUTE,” and let’s talk about what could change between now and January 1. by @gregbowles

Three @deka.fit races finished this weekend in the hot and humid Houston TX!

Racing is only half about the race. The other half is the incredible people you meet along the way.
Dan and his team at @isaiah4031fitnessllc are doing great things. If you’re in the SugarLand area, go check out their gym and see what they’re building.

It was also great meeting and connecting with @hiittrails - fellow @frontline_athletic reps. The absolute best ruck pack around

South DFW, get ready. More ruck events are coming your way soon. 💪🏻

The Houston heat and humidity were no joke, but neither was the effort. People showed up, put in the work, had a great time, and pushed themselves to get 1% better.

That’s what it’s all about. Show up. Do the work. Get better. Then do it again while having a great time!

Happy birthday to this absolute firecracker! 🎉 Somehow, every year you just keep growing in beauty, grace, adventure, and your ability to make life way more fun!

I’m so excited to see how Jesus uses you in this next year and all the places He takes you. So thankful He’s blessed me to be along for this chaotic beautiful ride.

Love you, @tiffany_bowles21 ! Happy birthday! 🥳✨ by @gregbowles

The first-day-of-school photo looked great! 📸
But I want to know the story behind the photo.
Was everyone running late? Did somebody forget their lunch? Were you frustrated trying to get everyone out the door? Was there an argument five minutes before everyone smiled for the picture? 😂
The picture captures a moment. The story is where real life happens.
And here’s something I want my kids—and myself—to remember this year:
One of the greatest powers God has given you is the ability to choose and to change.
You can choose a different attitude.
You can change an old pattern.
You can apologize.
You can start again.
You can choose who you’re becoming.
A new school year is a great reminder that our story is still being written.
Praying for a year of favor and blessing over all the teachers, staff, students, and families headed back to school! 🙏 by @gregbowles
