Smile and the world smiles with you!!!

A few years ago I said to myself I need to keep my teeth as perfect as I can as without them life isn’t just right…

You need to be able to smile and eat, I could smile forever but was always conscious of the gaps I had on the side and knew the older I got the gaps were only going to get bigger.
I certainly didn’t want to be one of those old ladies that whistled out of her teeth when she spoke!!!

I have a absolutely fantastic dentist @dr_asif_dentist and he’s always looked after me well being honest and telling me where I need to up my game on the well being of my oral health.
I reached out to the team he works alongside @the.sandford and with the guidance and care of @dr_nina_orthodontics & @kat_drmac I started my journey of pulling my teeth together and aligning them to the most confident smile I have today!!

I didn’t rush things, did it nice and slow and followed all the rules and took care of my teeth throughout my journey.

I now need to keep to my routine for good oral hygiene and take good care of my teeth as when they come out I feel the sunshine is out too and it makes me feel so good!!!

The first collage of pictures are how I started and the last is where I finished 😁

First image is from a documentary I was part of - you will find link above under my details- enjoy!

Hope you all had a great weekend?
I did a little gardening, watched the moon and met a lovely friend.
To top it all off whilst on my regular weekend walk to Beckenham I bumped into the beautiful, talented, gorgeous @marishawallace - that just made my weekend complete!!!

Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead!!

Why are they taking our blue sky away?!?!
All those clouds are a result of the dispersion of the chemtrails the aircraft is especially making tonight….

Had a wonderful lunch and good old catch up with my bestest high school friend since 1981- friends forever!!
Birthday lunch at The Ivy, Northcote Road- beautiful!!!
.
I must say the fish and chip portion today was 100% bigger than the two portions I had in 2023 The Ivy Tower Bridge!!
Just saying….size matters!

Not done a ‘Work bathroom selfie’ in a while!!!

Sun was out so out comes the floral frock, silver shoes and cheeky smile!!!
It was so sunny and obviously our work place is set up with blinds that look nice but are definitely not practical that I am just blinded with the sunshine glare hence I put the ☂️ up and was able to carry on working.

Back between October-December 2023 I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be an Extra in the latest Hamlet film that was just released in the cinemas 6th Feb.

The days were very long with 5am starts and late finishes, in make up 7am, followed by a delicious breakfast and then on set.
Fascinating being and seeing behind the scenes, the numerous takes and breaks , make up and hair touch ups!
Meeting so many different people from the extras, camera crew, directors, make up artists and professional actors - was amazing!!
Here are a few of the memories I captured and will fondly remember.
Looking forward to more little adventures in the future!!

To be or not to be….that’s the question….
