In 2019, 1 in every 8 people, or 970 million people worldwide, were living with a mental disorder, with anxiety and depressive disorders being the most common.

In 2020, the number of people living with anxiety and depressive disorders rose significantly because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Initial estimates show a 26% and 28% increase respectively for anxiety and major depressive disorders in just one year.

For me, I was also affected by this. I was a part of those statistics but I wasn’t letting it win. That’s when finding a solution to these challenges became crucial. I was mindlessly scrolling SM on night and I discovered this Happy DUO. I was skeptical but it seriously changed my life.

What it’s all about? its a blend of three powerful products that target serotonin and dopamine levels in the gut to connect the gut-brain axis.It supports the growth and vitality of friendly gut bacteria, boosting the production of “feel-good” neurotransmitters.

The more consistently you drink it, the better you feel!

CLINICAL STUDY RESULTS:
* 60% Decrease in irritability scores
* 55% Decrease in anxiousness
* 49% Reduction in overall distress
* 70% Increase in good bacteria
* 211% Increase in positive mood
* 105% Decrease in negative mood
*
Here’s how it works: Mix three powders together in a glass of water!

1. Powder 1: Supports gut health, stress resilience, & positive mood.
2. Powder 2: All-natural nootropics to support motivation and metabolism.
3. Powder 3: Caffeine-free support for mental energy, focus, & physical performance without jitters or crash.

Some more benefits:
* Supports mood & motivation
* Naturally increases serotonin levels
* Provides overall health for the second brain (the gut)
* Enhances mental performance
* Clinically proven to help decrease anxiety and depression scores

This “HappyMix” has been the reason I got my happy life back. I’ve got a $10 off discount code if you’d like to try it!

So, you’ve been struggling with constant sugar cravings, feeling down, battling racing thoughts in the middle of the night, grappling with weight issues, experiencing persistent bloating, dealing with brain fog, and noticing a decline in your libido.

To say the least, It’s been a tough journey, and here I was are searching for answers.

Recently, i discovered that these seemingly unrelated symptoms are actually connected to dysregulated cortisol levels. Cortisol, known as the stress hormone, can wreak havoc on our bodies when it’s out of balance. It’s the missing puzzle piece that explains my struggles.

But here’s the exciting part!

I’ve found a protocol that made a significant difference for me in addressing these issues. It’s not just about managing symptoms; it’s about restoring balance and reclaiming vitality.

If you’re in a similar boat and want to learn more about this protocol, comment below. I’ll send you all the details along with a special discount code.

Let’s support each other on this journey to better health and well-being! 🙌🏼🩵✨

Don't even know her, that girl from last October. 🥲 by @griefinsobriety

Got bored and colored on some rocks.
I put them in 3 different areas in the NW area.
To help maybe brighten up someone's day when they find it! & I am going to make more!

Two days in a row, the King of Swords found his way into my hands.

Maybe the message is simple:

Trust what I know, not just what I feel.
Stay clear minded, stay honest, and keep making choices that align with the life I'm building.
Emotions come and go, but wisdom stays.
👑🗡️✨ by @griefinsobriety

✨️Death → King of Swords → Strength✨️
{Past, Present, Future}

I've already walked through the ending of an old chapter. I've let go of people, patterns, and parts of myself that no longer fit the life I'm building.

Today, I'm learning to stand in my truth, think clearly, and make choices that align with who I want to become.

The future isn't asking me to be fearless...it's showing me that real strength comes from continuing forward, even when life gets hard.

I've survived the transformation.
Now I'm becoming stronger because of it. 🦁✨ by @griefinsobriety

I may seem a bit off lately, but I'm okay..

Sometimes when life finally slows down, you get a chance to look back and realize just how much you've been through.

I've been processing the last year, making sense of it all, and figuring out what I want to carry forward and what I need to leave behind.

Day 91 & still hanging on. ❤️‍🩹 by @griefinsobriety

Im not just recovering from my past...
Im creating something new..

A new beginning.
A fresh spark.
A reminder that even after everything Ive been through, theres still fire inside me.

The fire is back baby!!

🎉Day 90🎉
LETS FAWKIN GOOOOO!!!!!!

I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW PROUD I AM OF MEEE FOR SHOWING UP FOR ME!! by @griefinsobriety

I think im going to order some beads and just keep making these cuz not only are they cute but its actually time spent where my mind is still.

And im still a lil mad about the little package of letters not having a "Y" for my "RECOVERY" so we went with RECOVER instead. It still works!

#RECOVER #RECOVERY #SOBER by @griefinsobriety

Nobody talks about this part of recovery.

You get clean.

But instead of feeling amazing right away, you feel bloated. Tired. Heavy. Out of breath.

Like your body forgot how to be a body.

After my relapse, I kept thinking I needed to jump back into my old routine.

Long walks.
Workouts.
Getting everything together overnight.

But that's not how healing works.

So I'm starting where I am.
(the plan)

A short walk.
A little stretch.
A few extra steps today than yesterday.
Nothing crazy.

Because recovery isn't about becoming who I was before. It's about becoming someone stronger than I've ever been.

If you're in this stage right now, this is your reminder:
You don't have to get your whole life back today.
Just take the next step.
Even if it's a slow one. ❤️

These cards hit home for where I am right now.

✨️The Nine of Wands
...reminds me that I've been through a lot. Recovery hasn't been easy, and some days I still carry the scars of the choices I've made and the battles I've fought. But I'm still standing.

✨️The King of Swords Reversed
...is a reminder to watch my thinking.
Addiction loved to convince me that "just once" would be different. It reminds me that not every thought deserves my trust, especially when it tries to pull me away from the life I'm building.

✨️And then there's the Knight of Wands
...this card feels like hope.
It feels like getting my spark back. It feels like moving forward with passion, confidence, and purpose, but this time with the lessons I've learned along the way.

Today, I'm reminded that strength isn't about never struggling.

It's about staying in the fight, being honest with myself, and continuing to choose the life I'm working so hard to build.

One good decision at a time, one day at a time.... Day by day, my fire is returning.
🔥❤️
