I've had a hunger for design for a while, and after studying horology and up trading a plated chain for a Marine Star chronograph, I became obsessed with heritage, and horology. I created a technichal product briefing and had it rendered until it matched what was within my head. The Bulova Night & Day collection concept brings the Nightstar and Daystar forward, bearing precisionist Jetstar elegance with modern Marine Star design, housed in a 42 mm stainless steel case powered by the famous precisionist movement. The night dial is comprised of sterling silver alloy dusting, with high polished silver toned accent markers to mimic a starry night. As well as matching Marine Star style hands with luminous tips. The day dial version respectively, uses 18 karat rose gold and titanium alloy dusting with similar IP accent markers, to mimic the effects of a dew filled sunrise reflecting sunlight. Both will feature a 6-hour moon phase dial at the 6 o'clock position, a Bulova logo and text at the 12 o'clock per usual, and a long sweeping second hand that compliments the minimalist tachymeter's. With the day and night collection, it Bridges functionality, class, and precision in one Bulova inspired package. I'd appreciate any feedback, and of course I'm open to ideas with Bulova themselves such as a possible addition of interchangeable straps, a date window, etc. My Hunger for design isn't over yet. This is my first concept, of many. (Concept protected by IP publishing laws) Created: 9/16/26 @bulovacanada @bulova #bulova #watchconcept #horology #precisionist #watches by @grin.hz
