Why Basketball players should perform calf raises and pogo jumps because the calves and Achilles tendon play a major role in explosiveness, jumping, acceleration, deceleration, and overall athletic performance. Also prevent injuries

If you want basketball players to jump higher, move quicker, and become more explosive, these two exercises should be part of their performance training. @jayla_too_elite by @grizzly_performance80
