2026 have me thinking like "m'fkr you keep making so many mistakes", and let's be honest, I'm not going to be slicker next year either 😂
but I am going to continoue being slicker _myself_ every day. And you know what, it's okey to keep f'ing up because at least my intentions are always pure and I try to always move with intention and purpose.. kindness and love

However, some choices I'll always be stocked about
• the past 12y, showing up every morning for me, exsercise for mental and physical health
• born in 1985 and still never touched alcohol or drugs
• avoiding suffer to other living beings with vegan since 2011 (food 2011, material things longer)

>> I want to play trough life, I need my body and mind for that, and I want you all to be happy too, live and enjoy it, and don't harm others

soo here's to our f'ups and our strenghts 🫱🫲
be kind and don't forget love

if you only knew how important exposure therapy Instagram is for me, the woman in the picture is also still the little girl struggling with such a low selfestem since around 1.grade age

posting is my brick by brick giving a little less f****

know someone, don't judge someone

and don't forget love

"𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵"
Said the sleeve cuff of my @volcom snowboard jacket in 2009, and it always kindof stuck with me

and, here I am, still always learning, devloping, trying, failing, accomplishing, growing and giving myself to the things I do and am in.. it's definitly not always easy, it often hurts, alot, but we still go, and embrace it all

do I some times concider to give up and quit?

The scars on your body is the artwork from your life. Your life is as equally all of your wins, all your mistakes, your fails, and most importantly all of your tries

It is one of the many lessons we learn from Skateboarding and snowboarding

make them ~ live them ~ learn from them
and be your whole life by @grow_peace

lots of rusty and clumpsy moves and some cookie rolls, but first time back on the board after all the knee injuries 6months ago, it could have been sooner, but summer got in the way, also it's still alot of rehabilitation left to be done and we are still out of season so I'm not rushing

But daaaayum it was so good to be back strapped in, being on boards is how I feel, express and deal with life, so this is everything 🥹❤️ even if I stomp it, fail, or hurt myself
