Day 4: of the @forged_creations November fan challenge. I had to make some modifications here to protect my body. How I know I've grown is I'm not even giving myself a hard time about that anymore. This move still looks pretty cool if you ask me.

Challenge: S-Relation Forward Fold with Static Twist
Host: @downtojelly

I am trying to get outside and soak up this weather and the last moments of Midwest fall. Cora is loving it to. Fall is her favorite she likes to stand outside and watch the leaves fall.

Day 3 of the @forged_creations fan challenge and I really like it!!!! You can't tell by my Franklin the turtle focus face but I was having a lot of fun playing with this one and am very excited to incorporate it into flow.

Challenge: I-Relation Box Outline Slide with Framing Twist
In my head: Slide flip flip slide rotate
Host: @downtojelly

Vibe check - hope everyone exercised their right to vote and got out to the polls!

Day 2 of the @forged_creations fan challenge
Challenge: I-Relation Inward Slide With Outward Twist
Host: @downtojelly

This song felt right for a strong case of PMDD Luteal. And then it wasn't on IG so original audio it is.

Ps reminder to get out there and vote tomorrow!

Halloween isn't over yet. I fell behind on Halloween fits, movies, music, etc. this month so I'm putting in overtime by continuing into November.

Today is November which means the @forged_creations fan challenge has begun! This challenge helped me to learn and grow more than I ever expected last year and while it's still way beyond my skillset I'm going to try my best again this year.

Here is my entry for day 1!
Challenge: I-Relation Slide Diamonds
Host: @downtojelly (love seeing you in here queen)
Notes: this looked like a pretty simple start but as expected my brain still found it challenging to learn over video. But I think I got it? ♦️

🪭: @moodhoops LED pixel fans
Tassel Covers: made by me

This was supposed to go on my personal account not my flow account but I've already edited it and my spoons are very limited so I suppose I'll share it here.

I'm finally home from an lovely work trip to Detroit. I really enjoyed my time in the city, got to see some amazing architecture, ate some very yummy foods, received an award, and extended my stay to see friends in the area. I'll be back soon!

Decided this might deserve a spot on the main feed. I’m feeling proud of the progress for how few times I’ve juggled this year. I even had an audience for this clown show.

This song also feels perfect for juggling drills. by @grow_with_the_floww

“Feral, fragile, numb, ecstatic, sad, euphoric, catatonic, mmm” - @tovelo source of life (ESTRUS) by @grow_with_the_floww

Felt like drilling a few skills for this session the other day. Loving this Midwest fall weather!

If you started singing “I’m your girl right?” after this you might be as obsessed with @tovelo ESTRUS as I am. And if you didn’t start singing that you certainly have listened enough! by @grow_with_the_floww

Some more clips - a new episode dropping from ur fav show - me and the flowmies flowin’ hehe 😆💖 @grow_with_the_floww @bri.flows

In this one I love how Kim’s foot is tapping over on the sidelines as she watches and before she joins. 😆 these were such sweet moments to share w one another! 🥰😘 I think I have ONE more clip to come from this sesh so I hope y’all enjoy em while they last hehe 😜

Sending love to each and everyone always!
