So excited that our full Pensacola itinerary is now live on the blog, detailing out everything we did and ate on our trip!! (Comment BEACH and I’ll send it straight to your inbox.) Save it for later while we dream about warm weather again!

And speaking of dreamy, this session with @taylorhowtonphoto was absolutely incredible and I can’t stop pouring through this album over and over again. HIGHLY recommend booking her sunset beach session on your next visit! 🥹💕

Which one is your favorite? I can’t decide!

Back-to-school vibes, but make it a beach trip! 🏖️ We just kicked off the school year with an unforgettable family getaway to Pensacola, Florida!

I can’t wait to share more about this amazing trip, but here’s a 30 second vibe check and y’all - it was a whole VIBE! From our Gulf Front stay at Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach to dive-in movies under the stars, our days were filled with sun, fun, and adventure!

🐬 We set sail with @jollysailingdolphincruise for a dolphin cruise and even caught an epic Blue Angel flyover from the water — talk about a WOW moment!

🍽️ We went zip-lining and go-karting at @lagunasbeachbar, indulged in delicious eats at @whiskeyjoespb restaurant, and explored the historic charm of Bruce Beach, and so much more!

Pensacola, Florida is perfect for families looking for adventure and relaxation. It was such a quick drive from the Birmingham, AL area and...I think the Godfrey crew has found our new favorite getaway spot!

Have you ever been to Pensacola? #ad #VisitPensacola #ExperiencePcola #TravelWithKids by @growingupgodfrey

E I G H T E E N…18 years of raising our beautiful sunshine! 18 years of laughter and love and growing and stretching! You are a joy to parent and so fun to celebrate. Love you so much, my girl. The best is absolutely yet to come! Happy, happy birthday!!!! 💕 by @growingupgodfrey

1st day of Homeschool 2026-2027 for my little scholars! 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 4th grade.

It is an honor and a privilege from God to teach them how to critically think, treat others with love, and make the world a better place. I know this year is going to be a great one! 💕

It’s my first time having a senior, so we’re doing ALL the things! 🎓

The rule of 2027 is a trend where you give your senior a little “gift on the 27th” as a countdown to graduation. Some will be small like a gift card for a coffee on me before school, some a little bigger (like these @beatsbydre headphone) and I’ve been shopping the sales to spread it all out.

If you haven’t started yet and want to, you still can! There’s plenty of time. Bc let’s be honest… have you ever met a teenager who turned down a gift? 😉

And senior moms, are yall ok? My kid is having a ball but girlfriend is expensive 😅

I can still remember baby you (swipe for proof 🥹) and now here we are. One week already filled with so many lasts and firsts: last first day, senior sunrise, senior jeans, and today - cheering your last first varsity football game.

Not sad at all, just so incredibly excited for all that’s ahead. Remember exactly who God made you to be, my girl. The best is yet to come! by @growingupgodfrey

Four kids. A full summer. A deep clean? Not on my calendar 🙈. A Back to School clean was exactly what we needed!

Thank you to @themaidsofalabama for gifting us this visit and leaving everything squeaky clean! Already counting the days until you come back!
