NINO JAPAN is an artist whose work centers around painting, creating band tour posters, logos, T-shirt graphics, live paintings, and more. His work is influenced by the ROCK POSTER movement that emerged in the 1960s around live music venues in San Francisco’s Fillmore district. Drawing inspiration from the evolution of simple promotional posters into vibrant, eye-catching artworks characterized by bold colors, intricate designs, and fluid styles, he incorporates these elements into his own contemporary artistic expression. In 2018, he became the first Japanese artist to participate in 【TRPS】 (The Rock Poster Society), a rock poster exhibition and art fair held in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. He has created live posters for American bands such as String Cheese Incident and Twiddle, as well as the hip-hop group Atmosphere. In 2025, he designed the Japan tour posters for Earth, Wind & Fire and The Offspring. by @gtlab.artmusic
