#1 Water Confidence Training Guide in the US.

If you learn the fundamentals - you can be an expert.

But the fact is, you have to learn them correctly.

I was an instructor at the school house and these skills are directly from our curriculum.

TRAIN WITH INTENT. TRAIN WITH PURPOSE. by @guardian_grit

COMFORT IS THE ENEMY.

The water doesn’t care how motivated you are.

It doesn’t care about your excuses, your intentions, or how badly you say you want it.

It only exposes what you’ve prepared for.

Control what you can. Accept what you can’t. Master your response to both.

That’s the mindset.

At Operator Training Summit, we don’t promise to make you comfortable. We teach you how to become capable when comfort disappears.

Discipline over emotion.
Preparation over confidence.
Action over excuses.

LAS VEGAS | DECEMBER 2026

Your future doesn’t give a shit about your intentions. It responds to your actions.

TRAIN WITH INTENT. TRAIN WITH PURPOSE.

This Is What OTS Is

Most people grind pull-ups until they stall. At Operator Training Summit, you get the cue that changes the set.

Taylor Starch breaks down how to stop quitting early and keep reps in the tank when it gets hard. Same standard on the bar, in the pool, and under a ruck. Technique first. Then the work.

You won’t get this from a random workout video or “Hell Week”. You get it with us, at OTS with coaches teaching you.

Las Vegas is Dec 19–20. by @guardian_grit

YOU DIDN’T MASTER ANYTHING

Successful training is deliberate. You spend days on one skill until it’s yours. Then you move on.

Underwaters. Mask clearing. Buddy breathing. Treading. Drownproofing. Whatever it is. You don’t bounce between them in one session and call it work.

Go to the pool, knock out 500 meters, then tread for three minutes, and you leave having mastered nothing. That’s how people stall. Volume without focus doesn’t build the standard. It just burns the session.

That’s what Operator Training Summit is built around. Former cadre. Small groups. Real standards. You don’t get a highlight reel of every event in the pipeline. You get coached progressions so the reps actually stick - runs, rucks, calisthenics, mobility, and full water confidence: underwaters, fins, buddy breathing, drownproofing, treading, recovery. Technique quality beats volume. Always.

Last look of 2026 is Las Vegas. Level I — Foundations 19–20 December (arrive 18 Dec) $500. Camping and dinner included. Limited spots.
