Application Scenarios of Capacitor Lithium-Ion Batteries：

As living standards rise, lifestyles are changing. Previously, people brushed teeth manually to wipe off stains. Today, electric toothbrushes are popular among urban executives, white-collar staff and high-end hotels. They feature adjustable cleaning power tailored to user habits. Our capacitor lithium-ion batteries, with great structure and proper capacity, are the perfect power supply for electric toothbrushes. by @guochangwu7

Capacitive lithium battery is a new type of lithium-ion battery. It features small size, large capacity, co-directional leads for the positive and negative electrodes, high safety and reliability, and a cylindrical shape, so it is widely used in various fields. Today we will introduce the application of capacitive lithium batteries in a new type of power tool.
This is a lightweight, compact and easy-to-use electric screwdriver that sells well online. Instead of tightening or loosening screws manually, it is equipped with a high-speed motor inside as designed by engineers, which requires a battery for power supply. Our capacitive lithium batteries in a wide range of specifications meet this design requirement, such as ICR10450 (350 mAh), ICR10400 (280 mAh), ICR08400 (180 mAh), ICR13400 (500 mAh), etc. These models are compact with high capacity and stable continuous working current. For this reason, capacitive lithium batteries are the preferred choice for many design engineers. by @guochangwu7

Application Scenarios of Capacitor Lithium-Ion Batteries：

When you often walk along the sidewalks of a modern city at night, have you noticed that at sidewalks or intersections, there are flashing red, yellow and green lights embedded at intervals in the pavement to signal you to stop, wait or proceed? These flashing lights buried in the ground are commonly known as road stud lights, also called underground embedded lights.
The road stud light shown in the picture is powered by our lithium iron phosphate capacitive battery, model IFR14500-500mAh. It features excellent resistance to high and low temperatures and a long service life. For this reason, it is the top choice of engineering designers. It ensures long-lasting power supply for road stud lights and brings convenience to pedestrians. by @guochangwu7

Test Purpose: To verify the safety performance of the battery under nail penetration.
Test Equipment: AC power supply, test instrument, nail penetration fixture, flame-retardant explosion-proof protective enclosure.
Test Environment: Temperature (20±5)℃, humidity 60±15%, normal atmospheric pressure (86~106 kPa)
Test Procedure: Place the battery on the test platform, in a recessed groove or perforated plate. A steel needle with a diameter of 3 mm penetrates the center of the battery at a speed of 25 mm±5 mm/s and remains in place for 1 min.
Technical Requirement: The battery shall not catch fire or explode. by @guochangwu7

After the capacitive lithium batteries are packed into cartons, testers conduct a corner, edge and face drop test from a standard height of 70 cm based on the gross weight of the full carton. Afterwards, they check for carton damage, abnormal noise inside the package and battery detachment. The carton is then placed on a vibration tester for simulated vibration testing, to further ensure reliability of the batteries during transportation and handling. by @guochangwu7

Have you noticed that when you go camping outdoors and grill chicken, lamb or beef, it can be hard to tell whether the meat is fully cooked. To solve this problem, creative engineers developed the product shown in the picture: a meat thermometer probe. This probe can be inserted into meat to detect its internal temperature and can withstand high temperatures, so users can easily judge if the grilled meat is done.
Inside this probe are micro cylindrical capacitive lithium titanate batteries made by our company, including ITR0412-5mAh, ITR0416-8mAh and ITR4512-5mAh. These lithium titanate batteries can resist temperatures up to 100°C. They are safe, reliable and feature an extremely long service life. by @guochangwu7
