There’s an epidemic hurting 99% of online coaches today..

They have too many tactics, too many opinions, and no clear path, or strategy…

Maybe you’re posting more, changing offers, chasing leads, and trying to fix problems that aren’t actually the problem.

I’ve been there.

The Coaching Offer Engine is what finally gave me… and thousands of coaches I’ve helped, a clear system,

and process that feels aligned, which brings clients in, gets them results, and keeps them longer.

Helping online coaches changed my life…

and I want to change yours…

👉comment OFFER and I’ll send you the free resource to get started.

It’ll help you create a powerful aligned online coaching offer. by @gus.vidales

this one is hard to share...

I left Colombia at 17 looking for a ‘safe’ and predictable life.

somewhere along the way, i thought I had it...

landed my dream job in the US, spent my 20s running the race i thought i was meant for, and i thought i was sorted...

college, masters degree, office job, 9 to 5 cushion...

but no...

Life had it’s funny ways of slapping me in the face

i got denied 3 times

and the predictable life, well, I never found it.

so I was forced to build one instead.

Spending nights, and thousands of hours sharpening my skills in marketing, offer creation, sales and coaching…

Literal sweat and tears…

Rejections, betrayals… but I kept going.

Years later and thousands of businesses helped, well,

this is still chapter 1.

and I can’t wait to keep showing you behind the scenes as I keep building and helping other entrepreneurs by @gus.vidales

You’re making content for broke people and it’s hurting your business.

this is how my most successful clients are creating content AND EVEN without going viral

they are still getting record breaking months

There is so much damaging information out there about content creation that I am sure you're running yourself crazy and you have a Frankenstein of ideas of what to do next.

All successful marketing is, is making sure you're speaking in such a way that the people watching you believe you know their problem better than they do.

This is why I'm holding that book in the video. Watch it again to see which book it is 😉 by @gus.vidales

I love doing this because I always find the SAME PROBLEM

in my world after helping close to 1000 coaches, offer comes before content.

now before you get all riled up… yes you can post content but if you want to make money and change lives

you do so by having a well packaged high value offer…

so doesn’t it make sense to have an offer and then build marketing around it?

Rhetorical question.

Content is more confusing than ever today… and if all you do is change strategies and tactics and AI and trial reels and all

you’re essentially cock blocking your success…

strategy comes BEFORE execution.

if you’re an online coach the most valuable strategy for you is your online coaching engine

(Ps just comment OFFER and I’ll send a free resource)

All in all it goes like this

Offer -> clarity -> marketing -> data

If you want me to audit your coaching offer just comment AUDIT by @gus.vidales

In the hustle, the work, the constant chasing, the problems, the worries and anxiety

we often forget to sit still and reflect how far we’ve gotten.

I’ll leave you with 2 quotes that changed a lot in my life:

“Everyone is on their own timeline”

specially today with social media we trap ourselves in this constant loop of comparison…

but trust me you never fully know the true story behind someone’s success… or frankly just the full picture

you’re I’m your own timeline, don’t waste it looking at others… look at you and do as much as you can to be better for your own good… not someone else’s.

And the other quote is:

“Be where your feet are”

You are here.

You are here.

You are here.

Not there… not tomorrow… not in 6 months… not next year

Be here now.

Appreciate it today.

Because life can change very quickly.

This caption is a letter to myself, because I often struggle with this…

…in the constant chase for greatness and self-improvement, I forget to sit and realize how fast time goes, and how I far I’ve gone…

and I know you’ve done some cool stuff too… when was last time you congratulated yourself? by @gus.vidales

I have a feeling 2027 will be a bad year for online coaches…

These are observations from helping close to 900 coaches and helping some of your favorite creators make a ton of money

Ok so for many reasons,

1. Obviously AI is disrupting a ton - and if you don’t move fast it’ll be hard to differentiate (backend and/or front end)

2. Trust issues with lower barrier to entry from your competitors - so you gotta build proof

3. A lot of people copying each other… it’s a little bubble

There’s much more…

But if you’re an online coach you HAVE to have a powerful well packaged offer engine

which combines your IP, story, uniqueness, and obviously some proven way to get people results

or else you’ll get buried.

After helping a handful of coaches just this year get to $100k/mo the common denominator was having a clear coaching offer engine …

if you want me to send you a free guide to help you build your 6figure online coaching offer, just comment OFFER

and I’ll send it over by @gus.vidales

Roasting online coaching offers, so they grow faster…

(📲 comment AUDIT so I can audit your offer)

Today, we got Marcus on the show…

currently he’s pivoting into helping UGC creators land deals…

dude is great at content but we are missing clarity on where to send people next so they can get more value and more results…

One thing I don’t see many people talk about are proper “hidden funnels”

aka: email workflows with conditional formatting to send people through different routes depending on their situation

I’m sure Marcus can do that with a proper audit / quiz workflow…

Previously had a client do close to $500k with her launch, and we poured a lot of work into her email workflows….

Email is a powerhouse when done correctly.

All in all this is a solid offer that can help so many specially with the boom of personal branding…

Gotta solidify the offer engine…

Here’s what I’m seeing for the online coaching space as we head into 2027

The market is changing a lot as we head into 2027

way too much and way too quick

if you want to have competitive advantage as we head into 2027 you need these 4 things.

Remember right now more than ever the barrier to entry is super low

we are seeing so many different niches, different offers, different everything

and everywhere you look someone is doing something different and crushing it

which makes you second guess everything you do.

it’s normal but deadly.

build an incredible offer that helps you keep yourself centered in strategy, and not having you start from scratch every month.

don’t wait will your audience is larger (I’ve had coaches with less than 2k followers sell $10k offers consistently)

PS: when I say “making offers” I’m not saying you gotta sell every day, instead this is making the next step in your funnel obvious…

An optin, a DM, a comment, a commitment… anything that gets them closer to your solution by @gus.vidales

Is it harder than ever to grow your business?

no it’s not the $100M Offer book’s fault

it’s how tens of thousands of people are just copying it not realizing their competitors are doing the same

aka, it’s your fault

because this also happens when one creator blows up with their launch and many try to copy…

With access to every single piece of information out there in AI, YT and Books,

the barrier to entry has never been easier

lazy coaches will get left in the dust…

but the actual good coaches need to work harder to make a better offer.

disclaimer: your offer isn’t just what you “offer”

it’s you packaging, your service, your product, your IP, your results

and your PROOF

and I know right now every time you’re scrolling on social media, someone seems to be doing $1M a month with a different strategy

so that makes you feel like your way isn’t the best way, you pivot, you over think, you doubt yourself

and the cycle repeats.

what will help your online coaching offer for 2027 are those 3 things I say… proof, offer philosophy and deliverability.

but also you showing up daily,

getting smarter every day

investing in mentorship

and building up YOUR business…

It’s harder than ever to grow…

which is a good thing…

because not many will stick with it for the long term.

comment OFFER so I can send you a tool to make sure you differentiate yourself,

and also so that you have clarity in what to do… not a million things to try by @gus.vidales
